Simon and I worked together previously on a flooring project for my property and I was satisfied with the outcome. And now, I worked with him and his company to get my roof replaced through insurance due to hail/wind damage. My insurer was with State Farm and it been known to be quite challenging for them to accept claims. The process did take a good 2 months from June to End of August during the summer from inspection, to initiating the claim (which Simon did most of the work in), to replacing the roof. Simon has been great to work with from the beginning. He made tremendous effort from initiating the claim, to contacting the insurer for updates, getting an appointment with the adjuster, communicating almost on a daily basis to keep me updated in the claim decision and process. In fact, on the day of the appointment with the adjuster, he waited patiently for hours for him to show up (it was scheduled in the morning but showed up much later). The whole process that seemed impossible was made so much easier. The transparency, detailed oriented, proactive with communication via email and text to all parties (myself, the insurer, and my tenants) was all there. With his effort, the insurer approved for a full replacement and the work was done in one day. Thank you for your hard work Simon and the crew at Golden Roofing! I really appreciate it! I would definitely recommend doing business with them.

Kudos to Alexander and Carlos for their professionalism in every step of getting my roof replaced. They handled the bulk of submitting the claim to my insurance company and it got approved without a hitch. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to replace the roof in a single day. Alexander helping me to get my insurance claim for hail damaged with Allstate. He went to the roof 4 times the first time he checked to confirm if there is damaged. the second one with allstate adjuster. and get denied. the 3rd time they are asking for more pictures. the 4th time with the 2nd adjuster. We got approval after this lengthy period and he is very helpful all the way during construction. the roof replaced done in one day and they have upto 15 person crews working from 6.00 am to 8 pm. They protect and cleaned up after finish. This is very organized company and I am very happy!
