Golden master roofing company is the best roofing company in the area. Very good customer service they were very nice and came out right away and the gentleman came out to give a free quote and the price was very reasonable.

The best he knows how to do (in his words) is allow water to come into my house. And I already have told him the inspectors comments once, and it was still incorrectly fixed. I had another company out and it’s no longer leaking. Both the stucco was leaking and the flashing was leaking. My whole chimney was redone by this company in 2021.

Having on going issues with my chimney flashing that I have given this company twice to fix. The first time they came they did a temporary job, the second time they just threw some black tar on sloppily, the third time they appeared to do the work right but upon inspection we were told that it was wrong because they left the shingles under the sides of the metal flashing. Due to my lack of understanding of how flashing/chimneys should be as a first time home owner I had no idea, and I trusted them to do the right this for my roof. I felt like I was cheated and taken advantage of. I have on multiple occasions said to this company “what ever is the best thing to do for my type of house/roof”. I have at NO point asked for a cheap fix, I wanted it done right.

I am getting water in my house and was told by the company that, that is the best job he knows how to do. Now I have to spend the money twice to get my flashing fixed properly to avoid damage. Unless he agrees to refund me, which based on their website 100% satisfaction and guarantee that should be the outcome of this situation and I would be kind enough to remove my review.

I do not recommend working with this company. Matt, the owner, has been very nice. I am waiting on a reply from the owner to remedy the situation, but I am upset that my interior walls are ruined. I need to redo a closet and paint once it actually gets fixed. I think the company should pay for the damage done to my house.
