The good I have to say: Rented a construction dumpster. Process was easy and straightforward. I was not present when the dumpster was dropped off, but the driver put it in the most sensible and best location, and that impressed me.

The bad: I feel like I was given a wrong weight and thus overcharged for the service. I had calculated that the total weight should not exceed 2.5 tons by add the known volume of materials to the known densities for each material. It was concrete board and tile, so it was easy to do. I am 100% confident in my calculation. I was charged for 4.5 tons. Unfortunately, I can’t prove weight because I didn’t individually weigh and tally each load I took to the dumpster, but I doubt I’m off by a factor of 1.8.

Golden Heart Waste manages our dumpster at our business & they are great to work with! Flexible when we need to change or add pick ups & always communicative on the rare times things change on their end. The office staff are always very friendly & helpful!
