My rating for this review is neither good or bad. I am sharing my experiences and the sequencing of communication. Our little community of townhomes was affected by a hurricane which caused some damage property. I was looped in my by neighbor. They provided a quote for each unit. When I saw quote, it was a spreadsheet with the tree number and the amount. It is not a quote that would be acceptable in any other circumstance. When I asked for the detail support the quoted repair, I was asked what do you mean? I respond breakdown the cost across cost and labor. I received a quote that was 25% cheaper than the excel sheet total for my unit. When I asked the clarification, they responded sorry, we have so many units.

Fast forward to today. I had asked a question about which parts of the roof need repairs so I understand. The photos they sent had my roof my neighbor's roof. When I pointed out the damage to my roof with markings, they agreed it was on my neighbor's roof. One would assume that narrowing the scope of work would have an impact on the expense projections for both labor and materials. Once we clarified the scope of work, I was ready to pay the amount just to get it done. (I know, I should have passed but I have been busy working.) When I said I would like to get it done, they informed me this Saturday was going to be the last day their crew would be onsite. They advised me to encourage my neighbor to get the work done as well because water flows down hill. I responded that I would reach out to her and see.

I confirmed I wanted the work done. I asked what time the crew would be on site and request the crew send me pictures after the repairs were done. The company's response "we are going to pass on your repairs."

After exchanging email for nearly a month and we are within 48hrs of doing the work, my questions drive them to passing on the work.. Timing is everything.

Since Mr Page responded, I will add an important fact that he left out. I asked two times for detail support his expense total. Again, his representative ask what did I mean when I asked for the estimate detail. I received "replacing some shingles and labor." When asked additional questions, the response was 10 shingles.

The bottomline, Mr Page's company could have responded the first time I requested a breakdown for the estimate expense. Mr Page, I recommend improving your communication. When a customer asks for the detail for the cost estimate include the estimate for labor, detail on materials and a contingency amount.

For the potential customer, ask questions to protect your own finances and property. I continued to ask questions because I was not getting complete information. Spending additional money on a company that provides information up front and does not avoid answer questions.
