I called on a Sunday. Explained the emergency situation of the tree leaning up on the roof. He was at the house in less than 15 minutes and already had everything planned and ready within a few minutes. Scheduled the crane time, and was very punctual. I had to go to work and by the time I came home, the tree was gone and everything cleaned up. Very professional, fast, reliable and down to earth!! Thanks!!!

We had a monster of a tree that needed to go and it only took about an hour or so and not only is the tree gone, they cleaned up the mess and even blew off our patio and yard uh? Robby and his crew did a great job trimming my trees and cleaning up after! I have several large Cottonwood and Elm Trees and was worried on how they were going to turn out. Robby made me feel comfortable from the beginning. His process from start to finish was very professional! He started when he said he would and finished when he said he would. No hassle!

Definitely got everything that needed to get done and offered to take a tree stump out that was in the middle of my yard.
Very Professional too. Robby explained everything that was going on with my trees and and removed everything that was a danger to my children and my home. They are very nice guys and they clean up while the job is going.

Initially we had booked with another tree service, they would not return our emails and phone calls so we contacted Going West Tree Service and they were professional and quick to respond. They were at our house within a week and got our trees down in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone! If you want the job done right and fast I would give them a call.

They were awesome! We had 5 big trees coming down and I thought it might take several days because they couldn't get the truck back where our trees were, but they started in the morning and by mid afternoon, the trees were down, cleaned up and the branches and wood cleared out!
We thought the original estimate was a great price for what they did, but the final invoice even came in under the estimate! I would strongly recommend Going West Tree Service and we will definitely use them again if we need them in the future.

Robby and his crew were delightful to work with. On top of doing a great job, they were friendly and shared their knowledge of keeping our trees healthy and looking good. Our yard was cleaned up better than it was before they got here. We'd recommend them and will definitely use them again.
