Couldn't have asked for a better process during a stressful roof leak. The entire GOAT team from our first call to the ridge vent replacement by Chucky & Carl was seamless. Great service and people doing what they say with great craftsmanship is very to find today, but GOAT came through.
Our repair process was described perfectly and they even helped with the insurance claim process.

If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company, I highly recommend GOAT Roofing and Restoration LLC. After a recent windstorm took the metal fascia trim off the peak of my roof, I called around for estimates. GOAT Roofing showed up the same day, checked it out—and fixed it for free.

The crew was professional, friendly, and even cleaned out a bird’s nest from my gutter while they were up there. It’s rare to find companies that truly go the extra mile, but GOAT Roofing definitely does.

I had some shingles that blew off in the storm a couple of days ago. I called GOAT the next day and Warren came out within minutes to inspect the damage and quote me a price. Carl came out the next day and completed the work and did an excellent job!!! I definitely would use them again in the future.

A+/10+. GOAT’s service and work were exceptional! My insurance company initially said that they would replace a little over half of my roof. After Carter and Warren talked with my adjuster using their insights into insurance, my insurance company agreed to replace my entire roof! Then Carter and Warren initiated a discussion with the adjuster about my aluminum siding. Lo and behold, my insurer agreed to replace all of my siding with a siding that was of top of the line quality (i.e., not aluminum). The quality of the workmanship and the timely service and communication were fabulous! I highly recommend GOAT!

The owner Jennifer was awesome to work with. She walked me step by step through the whole process with the insurance. She argued on my behalf to the insurance and was able to get me more than originally quoted. The Goat crew did an amazing job and was quick and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely the worst experience of any business I have ever worked with. Terrible communication. Did not finish the job. Charged for items that were never delivered or installed. Promised to deliver the Scope of work and contract before, during and after the project and nothing. Did not replace all the flashing. Shingled over rotten sheeting, Showed up to discuss the issues, yelled and became threatening. Photos are of their work on my house...

Have been dealing with them since june they finaly put my roof on but did not finish the sofet or my gutters have called and emailed and have been told they dont have anybody to finish it then told they would be out the following thursday or friday and have not heard from them since. So i guess they are not goimg to finish it and they are in Breach of contract.

Carter came over and gave me a free estimate. I was informed that I had hail and wind damage. I decided to go with GOAT, because of Carter's professionalism. He worked with my insurance company even when my adjuster was less than professional. It was a long process, there were some bumps along the way, but Carter made everything work out to my satisfaction. I am very happy I have a new roof!

I worked with GOAT Roofing after my Father passed and Brian was very responsive, professional and timely. Brian kept us informed of the time the work would be started and completed. In this age when there are so many scams, it was refreshing to not be left feeling taken advantage of. My Real rating is 10 of 10. But remember, a rain day is a delay day for roofing.

I highly recommend GOAT Roofing. We had siding severely damaged by a storm. They came out, got us an estimate, helped us navigate the insurance mess, and had the work done even sooner than we expected. All along the way they were easy to deal with, helpful, and very responsive. Brian in particular made sure we were taken care off. Our insurance company even messed up the first check they sent and Brian was extremely patient as we worked through the process of getting another one mailed. It is so nice (and rare!) to find a company you can trust to treat you right, do excellent work, and be a pleasure to work with even if things don't go as planned!

UPDATE It's been several months since my original review. Warren the owner reached out immediately and said he was personally going to handle my roof. Initially he was on it. Just like his employees he vanished. It's been almost 3 months since we last spoke. I now have to hire someone to take care of what he started and didn't finish.

I've been waiting almost 2 months for the team that inspected my roof to contact me and my adjuster. Now I have to close a claim I opened based off their inspection and recommendation. Higher rates and a waste of time is all I've gotten from this company. My text and emails go unanswered from both the inspection team and corporate.

We've recently had a great experience with GOAT Roofing, namely Mike and Brian who worked tirelessly to help us out while our insurance was playing hardball. Mike was in regular contact with us regarding their progress until he eventually got our roof covered. Once the job was started, the guys came early and got the entire project completed in one day. They cleaned up afterwards and we couldn't tell they'd been here aside from the new roof. Definitely a class act that we highly recommend.

We would absolutely recommend GOAT Roofing and Restoration! They left a flyer on our door and I was able to schedule a free inspection a few days later. Brian helped us file the claim and met our insurance adjuster to walk the roof with him. They were able to get our claim approved the same day and our new roof was on, just over a week later! The process was so smooth and easy and our new roof looks BEAUTIFUL! We could not be more pleased. They are legit and great to work with. We recommend them without hesitation!

We contacted Warren after storm damage to our roof, siding and gutters. He responded in a timely manner with a quote. When the insurance adjuster came out, Warren made sure he was here and he and Jennifer continued to interface with insurance throughout the entire project. GOAT Roofing and Restoration LLC did a fantastic job working with us to make sure we understood the state of our roof and what kind of damage we had over the years. They also helped us relay this information to our Insurance company to make sure our the claim was filed properly and that the maximum benefit was granted on the replacement of our roof. They made every effort to try and keep the minimum out of pocket expense for us. Their communications was great and they were always on time. They were also quick and responsive to roof issues we had while waiting for insurance to approve our claim. To be more specific we had parts of our roof blowing off and when we let them know they were quick to come and tarp the holes on our roof even while we waited for our claim to make sure we didn't have any other damage with our house. The final product looks amazing and was done very quickly. You will not be disappointed with any aspect of the process if you decide to use GOAT Roofing and Restoration LLC for any of your roofing needs. They are top notch and know what they are doing.
