Josh set expectations properly from the beginning, delivered an ontime installation working around a tough weather schedule, and managed the project communication from start to finish. The installation crew was on time every day, were all very professional and friendly, and provided an excellent quality installation. Our new roof was installed last week. The crew arrived as promised and finished the job in three days. They were courteous and seemed very professional. I asked a couple of questions, and they responded quickly and politely. The roof looks great, and they cleaned up everything when they left. It rained two days later and there was no sign of a leak. I have every reason to expect that the roof will last for 40 years. I will recommend them to my friends.

We had standing seam installed after our roof was totaled by wind damage. Overall we had a good experience with Garvin and the roof looks great. We even had 80mph wind gusts not long after installation and she held up like a champ. With the 40yr warranty this should be the last roof I ever buy (for this home). The team we worked with was responsive and friendly. Overall a good experience.

We wanted a quality roof that would not require a lot of maintenance and looked correct for the age of our house. Therefore we chose a metal roof that looks like shingles. We love it and still get compliments on it after more than a year since it was installed. The crew who did it were professional and cleaned up after themselves daily. It's not the cheapest but I believe it's one of the best especially with their warranty. It will outlast me for sure.

I first saw Garvin Metal Roofs at the annual spring home show in Columbus, OH, in 2022. I had a sales rep come to my house and he was prepared with measurements from aerial shots. So, I had light-colored high reflectivity Garvin Metal Roof installed on my house in March 2022. I think the installation crew did a great job. So far, so good! The biggest difference is the temperature in the upstairs of my Cape Cod style home. It got very warm in the summer before the roof installation and even with the a/c on. The reduction in the summer temperature is dramatic. It’s now usually only a couple of degrees warmer than downstairs. Mission accomplished!

I absolutely love my new metal roof that was installed one year ago and so does my wife and all my neighbors. I have received many compliments. The crew who installed the roof were working beasts, they worked hard and did a great job in hot last August. The Garvin on-site leaders did a good job coordinating. I did run into one concern a few months after install and a Garvin employee came to my house, evaluated the concern and told me that they would be back to address the concern and it has now been over 6 months later and have not heard back from them. That makes me a little concerned. I have no regrets and love the roof!

Long story short;
Had a standing seam metal roof installed by another company 3 years ago. Three years, a leaking roof, a 40 page roofing inspection, a lawsuit and subsequent settlement later, we found a new roofing company, GARVIN! (For info about the other company who NOT to use reach out, I’ll tell you all about them, with pics).

GARVIN Meal Roofs: Absolute professionals. Josh, Sean, Eddie and the crew showed up on time, took their time and did it right. They had a mess to deal with (thanks to the previous roofers). They dissected the roof one section at a time, making sure very step was done right before moving on to the next section.

Roof is impeccable! Five year old sheathing (OSB) was severely water damaged, they replaced it with actual plywood. Skylights were removed and replaced with the correct style (curb not deck mount) and flashed correctly (using correct flashing, NOT voiding the skylight warranty). Hems are tight, chimney cricket is perfect and chimney cap (thanks Sean!) is awesome. Where they had to use caulk, the bead was tight and thorough. Not globbed on like the previous roofers. Metal work was awesome overall.

The entire job took less than 5 days, including tear-off. (Previous roofs, 5 WEEKS!!)

Eddie and Sean showed up at 7:15 am, got their safety equipment on and ran down what they were going to accomplish for the day. And they did it! One day was a 1/2 day because of rain (NO LEAKS!) , but they made up for it by coming in on a Saturday and finishing what they had started.

Eddie and crew his left nothing behind at the end of each day. Needed materials were stacked neatly out of the way, tools were put away and trash was disposed of properly. They were even concerned about the noise they were making (sometimes work from home)! No worries from my end at all. Truly considerate of them.

Neighbors even commented about how hard the crew worked AND (more importably) the quality of work.

One of my biggest ‘things’ is keeping me informed: what the plan is, what progress has been made and what is expected to be done. Everyone involved did exactly that.

I have had several contractors do work on various projects. Only 3 have truly done outstanding work. GARVIN is one of them.

Josh contacted us on the same day that I called for information on replacing our existing roof on our rental with a new metal roof. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We decided on the rib style roof with new gutters and downspouts. The installation was completed quickly and the crew was great!

Our experience with Garvin was excellent from beginning to end. Josh, the Garvin representative, was totally knowledgeable about every aspect of the roofing job. We had several estimates but Josh made the difference for Garvin. They even met the lowest estimate we received. To our surprise, the roofing job was completed the following week after we signed the contract. Terrific experience with this company from beginning to end.

Roof looked amazing. 2-3 weeks means 2-3 months. They did an amazing job though. Mexicanw work really hard. I work with them everyday because I do construction for wexner Zuckerberg and bezos. There was enough material left over to build another house. Most people don't realize that what is delivered to the job site is theirs. They did a great job on the roof though. It looks really amazing. Looks amazing. A little scammy. Charged me for WAY to much material and labor because I know.

We had a good experience with Garvin. We received a quote very fast; Eddie did a great job with roof installation. We had a couple of hiccups with delivery of materials, but those were resolved very quickly. We definitely recommend this company.

We are satisfied with the metal roof and gutters installed by the Garvin Metal Roof Company. Because we encountered some difficulty scheduling, I would rate this part of the project a 4/5 stars. Once the work began, we had a great experience working with Aaron and his crew. Aaron was very responsive and communicated well during the overall installation and follow up process. If I could give no stars I would. Saw this vendor at the home and Garden Show in Columbus. Gave them our info. They called at the beginning the week and scheduled an appointment with us. We waited all day.They never showed up or called. So, I don't care how good you are if you are so disrespectful of my time, I don't want your company.

Nightmare process. Multiple sales and customer service employees lied. I was told an active leak would be tarped while waiting for installation. That didn't happen. Installation timeline was completely false. Still do not have paperwork on warranty. (for all I know the warranty is a scam to get the sale)

Pleas note, the company finally did make things right. This was the direct result of the general manager Anthony Riccio. Once he took over the process I was not told any more lies and he communicated what was being done to fixed what was promised. Although all problems were not able to be fixed, he let me know, and why they could not be fixed. In my opinion, Anthony Riccio should get an 8 or 9 star review just for fixing the mess that was my roof installation. He is the one positive I had with Garvin Metal Roofs.

Adam Conrad and his team leader "Eddie" along with his crew did a fabulous job installing our new Metal Shingle roof. They were very informative and respectful of our property and surrounding landscaping. Eddie was very conscientious and particular of how the job was progressing each day. Overall these guys did a GREAT Job, we were very pleased and would highly recommend them for anyone considering a new metal roof.

I met twice with the salesman/manager, Jeff Laframboise. He was very courteous, well-prepared, approachable and knowledgeable. He represented the company very well. I felt no pressure whatsoever dealing with Jeff. Even the owner of the company, Isaac Garvin, texted me. He said for me to feel free to call or text him anytime. I really appreciated that! The Production Manager, Adam Conrad, was very personable. He kept in touch with me during the entire process. I could tell that he cared about making sure the roof installation was done perfectly. I felt we were in very good hands with Adam. Eddie was the foreman of the on-site crew. He was very friendly! Even took time to walk around our home with me. I was able to show him three bird nests full of eggs that I didn't want disturbed. Eddie was very caring. The entire work crew was friendly and very hard-working! They were neat too! It was not a messy project area at all! Overall, the entire process was simple for me the homeowner! I absolutely love the new look to our home! I couldn't be more satisfied with the beautiful material, service and workmanship we received with everyone at Garvin Metal Roofs!

We had a metal roof and gutters installed. Jeff was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The crew leader Eddie kept us updated as they worked on the installation. He and his crew did a fantastic job. We love the new look of our home! Overall a wonderful experience!

We worked with Jeff in the Ohio Office. He was on time for the first appointment, checked out the roof sat with us with plenty of detailed information on their metal roofs and how everything is installed. He answered all of our questions. The roofing crew was on time each day and worked all day taking only one break for lunch. The were very courteous and cleaned up any trash on the ground each day. The finished roof is great! So much better than the asphalt shingles. It looks good with our siding, trim, and shutters. After the crew left we had a couple of downpours of hard rain. You could not hear it on the roof. Very quiet. We are very happy with the roof.

Garvin Metal Roofs removed 3 layers of old roofing and installed a brand new all black standing seam roof. Jeff was great to work with starting from the first quote. Their price and guarantee was better than the other 2 companies we quoted.

Everything was done perfect on the day of install, they worked from 7:30am to almost 9pm because it was supposed to rain the next day and they didn't want anything to leak.

Bob installed new black gutters and downspouts a few days later (because of rain) and they turned out better than we expected.

We hope to replace another roof on our barn in the future and we will definitely go with Garvin Metal Roofs again for that install.

Garvin is an excellent company to work with. I had a leaky roof and they were out within hours to tarp it to protect my house. There communication was far above any company I have ever dealt with. Garvin was absolutely outstanding to work with. After another contractor fell through, I reached out to Garvin and was blown away. The sales team put together a detailed estimate for a new metal roof within a day. The terms and time line were crystal clear all along the way. Highly professional communication from day one right up until project completion. They even worked with me on the timing of the payments and the start of the work when I was closing on my home. We had a brief but stressful issue with obtaining permits and Garvin representatives were in constant contact with me and the city to get the issue resolved cleanly. The workers arrived on time to install the roof and they worked really hard to deliver exceptional quality. They cleaned up every bit of the mess when they were done. Just a great experence from start to finish. Very happy with my new roof. And on top of everything, it's guaranteed leak free for 40 years!! You can't beat that.

I called for an estimate. Lady on line said they don't do inspections. I said I would contact someone else. I called back got an answer service. I wondered if they do estimation without seeing the roof. She called me back said put words in my mouth about wanting two more years out of the roof. I just needed an estimate
That's all. Terrible, rude juvenile communication skills here . I would never trust this company.
