Saw them in my neighborhood, asked for an estimate ...they came over in a few days and gave me an estimate and offered to do more than I was asking for. He said the roof would look better.... told him I wanted one more estimate, he was very cool about it.....got another estimate from a company who does a lot of TV advertising... was a lot higher ... did not offer anything extra and very high pressure. Like sign here... went with g&m. Very happy. Even my brother has used them for 2 jobs so far. And will use them for a 3rd job .... glad I found them...patti

Had my roof replaced. Gerardo is very conscientious, & takes great pride in his work. Marce is very nice and does that side of the business very well. The workers were a little(xtra)loud on roof but did a good job. Gerardo used a drone to capture the work done after. Very good. A great way for customers to see it.

We hired G&M to revive two window bump-outs on our building. The job was complicated as the stucco needed patching, the trim needed to be replaced, and the rotten wood was completely replaced in places. The half-timbering, or wood between the stucco, needed to be carefully reinserted with new custom-cut boards. The holes where squirrels and birds were living were closed using flashing. The surfaces needed to be scraped and sanded down and then repainted brown. The upper trim needed to be cleaned and painted and the aged stucco needed careful painting.

Working on this project with G&M, Gerardo, Marce, and the team was a real pleasure. They are super nice and take real pride in doing a great job with awesome results.

I can highly recommend R&M Roofing and Restoration for your roofing and restoration needs. The pictures are worth a thousand words and thanks.

I bought my house in 2021 and started having issues with spotting on the ceilings less than a year later. I had a guy come out and tell me it was the chimney that was leaking he said he would be able to fix it in 3 weeks. Well we had some down pours and the spotting got worse (I couldn't get a hold of the guy).
I contacted G&M Roofing Gerardo came out on a Saturday checked over the whole roof and I had a bunch of areas that were leaking. He went in our attic to see what damage it was causing and determined I needed a whole new roof and thr ventilation was not right (I paid over $2,000 when i bought the house to have the ventilation redone ‍♀️.
He was very polite and professional. The damage the rain was causing inside our home was pretty significant so he came the next Saturday before a big thunderstorm and replaced my entire roof and corrected my ventilation problem the same day.
He did give us options to kind of bandage the issue but said the best way to insure all issues would stop was replacing the roof and I am so grateful for that!!! I haven't had an issue since 100% recommend them. Very Very reasonable pricing to top it off!
