Global Roofing does it all. I called on a Thursday for a quote on gutters and the job was completed before noon on Saturday! My home is out in the boonies and it’s hard to get good people to even show up. I’d had three roofing companies in the past to do one job and it’s still not right. So I was leery. But my fears were quickly put to rest. Plus, Steve offered some great money saving tips on other projects. Global provided a professional service at a great price. I just can’t say enough good things. Thank you, Global Roofing!

The owner and sales representative arrived within hours of calling about my roof leak to address the issue! They were able to tarp the area and stop the leak until the weather subsided. They had a crew out bright and early on the next dry day to make the repairs! These guys are very knowledgeable, use quality materials, and stand behind their work with an exceptional warranty! It's worth the money for the peace of mind!

Steve knows how to take care of his clients. Everything was wonderful from the estimate to his communication throughout the project. He remained in contact with me even though we had an issue to handle with the insurance company. He even took care of dealing with the insurance adjusters to get everything handled. His crew was courtesy, on time, clean, and answered all my questions. They cleaned up and didnt leave one piece of trash. I will not use any other company for my roofing needs!

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with a business although I feel there were good intentions. There was terrible communication the repair person (Steve) came out three times and didn’t fix the problem, actually made problems worse! I constantly tried to reach out to make this situation right no response from anyone! So beware! I paid $618.00 and got nothing!

I had a huge leak in my roof. Called them Monday, they came to inspect Tuesday, made all the repairs Wednesday in time for the huge storm on Thursday! And cleaned the gutters while they were up there. Steve answers calls immediately and all were very courteous. And they didn’t try to sell me a new roof like others have, very honest. Just incredible service. There is no other roofing company as far as I’m concerned!

I found a small leak after a storm. They managed fit me into there schedule the very next day. Great, response time. Looking forward to doing more projects in the future.

I am very pleased with the roof that was installed by Global Roofing for my dad. The roof seemed complicated to me but they finished the job in two days as promised. They cleaned up every scrap of debris that had accumulated on the ground when they left. The workers were very professional, focused on the job they were doing. I am also very appreciative with the consideration and professionalism given by Mr Russell to my dad who is 92 years old.

We first reached out to Steve to help us repair our roof after storm damage left us with a hole in the roof and water damage all the way down to our 1st floor. He was so helpful to someone who’s never had to handle any home repairs before. And he got us taken care of before any more rain came through. He’s our go-to for all things roofing now!

These guys did a great good job for me after my roof had sustained weather damage and needed to be replaced.
