From the time I reached out through the internet to my visit at the dealership it has been the best purchasing experience I have ever had at a GM dealership. My salesman Kieth and all the folks at Glenn Sain in Kennet was well worth the two hour drive one way for me. They gained a customer for life from me.

Friendly but not pushy. You know they are there to help if you need them. Will help with financing until you are comfortable.

The service department stepped right up and helped me immediately with a problem I was having with my car key, they didn't make me set and wait.

Tried to buy a car there about 5 years ago didn't have a good sales man wanted to sell me what I didn't want I schould of ask for someone else. Went across the road at Byaid Dodge everyone was real nice me and my 2 sons bought our trucks there.

Outstanding! Going above and beyond to locate a new transmission and did amazing job of completing the other necessary services our vehicle needed. Oil changed, filter cleaned, muffler changed at our request and tires rotated. Fabulous service! Thanks!

Great service, as always. There is zero cell service in the waiting room for those of you who work remotely. A bonus is they have charging stations for your device and will provide the wifi number upon request.

This was the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership…easiest I have ever worked with. I was in and out in 1hour. Logan was very knowledgeable and made sure that everything was covered at the best price. I recommended anyone to go see Logan!!

I needed a battery. That was installed. They made time to do maintenance. They were busy, however, they got me in and out with timely matter.

Mechanic came to my house got my vehicle running and I followed him back to the dealership. Once there they got the part I needed and repaired it. I’m always treated with respect when I go there. I recommend Glen Sain.

The guys in the service department are always friendly and trustworthy. They go the extra mile and make you feel like a friend, not just another customer.

My vehicle was in the shop for 2 days, I received no call, text , or email regarding what services were conducted. I had to come to the dealership after day 2 , to inquire about the status and request they drop the vehicle off at my job when completed (which took the end of business). The service personnel and service technician offered no explanation as to what was wrong or what was done to remedy the issue. I wasn't pleased with this experience whatsoever.

They have a great group of people working there. They came picked up my truck, left me with a car to drive did the service work brought lt back to me

Service staff was helpful and made my service experience fast and hassle free. They answered questions I had and even walked me to an experienced tech for more technical suspension questions about my truck in order to ensure that I had the best information possible. 10/10

Glen Sain at Kennett, MO has always given me great service. I purchased my 2014 GMC Sierra at the Paragould store but have mostly taken it to Kennett because it is closer to where I live in Gosnell, AR and they have a very friendly and helpful staff.

I made an appointment for the 11/4/2021 to get a Takata airbag recall done. The vehicle was left overnight on 11/3/2021. No one touch the vehicle. I was not told to drop my keys in the drop off box when I talked to the service rep to let them know that I was dropping it off a day early. The reason I know this I stopped by the following day to see if it was finished and it wasn’t. It was not done until 11/05/2021. The air bag light was still on and it was not reset.

The guys in service were excellent! Mark and Hunter went above and beyond to repair and get me back in my Yukon as quick as possible! Would recommend Glen Sain's service team over any others I've dealt with!

It was great experience- everything was as we discussed before coming for a test drive. Brandon Brown was knowledgeable with the features on SUV and helpful getting everything set up and ready to use. Financing went smoothly-paperwork ready quickly.
