I met Matthew Glassford at the office I work at. We got to talking and he said he had been a roofer for several years. He started his own roofing business because his previous employer lacked integrity and honesty and that's what he believed in. I thought to myself, wow! if ever I need a roofer I'm calling that guy!
Several months later a house I was selling needed a roof. I called Matt and he sent over Nick his brother and project manager. Nick has just as much personality as Matt!
These guys bent over backwards to get my roof on so I could get this house on the market. 2 weeks after the roof was done we were under contract!! They sent me picture after picture of each step as they went. The clean up was great and I have a new beautiful roof. Well, I guess the new owners will have a new beautiful roof. Thank you both for everything you did to get this done for me!

Tommy Staudt of Glassford Project Management was recommended to me by my neighbor. It was our first time handling the claim process of getting the roof of my mother's house replaced. Tommy walked me through the process and told me what to expect and how the process goes. It was extremely helpful and he answered all my questions promptly. He was very clear on the costs and estimates. Tommy kept me updated throughout the installation process with photos in each stage and even offered to rake up the fallen leaves in my mother's yard. I really appreciated it. His service is how you would expect things to be done when you are having improvements done on your home. I can throughly recommend Glassford Project management for any roofing requirements that you may have. I dealt with Nick Glassford, Project Manager. Nick is a great guy who has a passion to see that the clients needs are met promptly and efficiently. From the initial quote to roof completion was two weeks. Nick was in contact during that time with updates and progress. He took care of all permits and final city approval. On the day of installation he was on site supervising his tradesmen. He sent photos throughout that day showing progress his men were making and also extensive photos after the job had been fully completed. His men did an excellent job of cleaning up nails and debris at the end of the day. I cannot recommend Glassford Project Management and Nick Glassford enough.

Outstanding service and work. Great communication throughout the entire process. Assisted with and worked directly with our insurance adjuster. Matt even identified a city code requirement overlooked by the adjuster and addressed it on our behalf.
Work was well coordinated as we had solar that had to be removed and reinstalled as well as gutters being replaced.
They even provided overhead pictures of the work as it progressed throughout the day.

Glassford Project Management replaced our roof from roof damage from 2023. We are very pleased with the entire process with them. Our home was 2 years old when we experienced roof damage from May 2023 hail storm. We thought our roof was good and wasn’t going to have it even looked at. We had countless companies knock on our door wanting to replace the roof. Not Glassford. They don’t door knock because they don’t need to. Their reputation and quality stand on its own. We got a referral from a friend and had it looked at. We missed so much damage to our property. They handled the entire process from insurance inspection thru entire claim and payment. We have a unique roof line and they kept us informed with drone photos the entire process. Our roof took an entire year to get because of demand from last years storm demand and the manufacturing company had limited supply. Glassford kept track of when the roof would be manufactured and delivered. We can’t give them enough stars. Bea and Matt Glassford are involved owners and will make sure you understand their process the entire time. Also Tommy Staudt was our project manager and that guys works his tail off. He kept us informed with pictures and was in our yard constantly making sure the nails and trash was picked up. At the end of the day everything was picked up and blown off. If you need a roof you NEED to call them if you want honesty and quality.

Glassford Project Management is absolutely fantastic and we could not be more happy with our new roof and the process as a whole. Matt the owner of GPM, personally came out to inspect our roof with the insurance adjuster after a nasty hail storm just to make sure everything was being properly recorded which gives you peace of mind as a home owner who really doesn't know what you are looking at. Once that was done we worked with Tommy who was absolutely fantastic through the whole process. Both Matt and Tommy were extremely responsive to our calls/emails with any questions, comments, and concerns. Tommy kept us in the loop with everything happening between them and insurance, making sure we weren't in the dark about anything and handled everything once the process began. He kept us updated with timelines and those timelines were kept. Tommy and Matt were in our corner and 'fought' for us when insurance unsurprisingly wanted to lowball us at every turn. They were able to get us the absolute best roof possible making sure the insurance company wasn't cutting corners or ripping us off. It was great to not have to do any of that, GPM kept the insurance company honest while not overselling us something we didn't need. When it came to replacement of the roof, it looks exceptional and their team was in and out in a day. GPM was respectful of our neighbors and their properties as well. It looks extremely well done and really transformed our 20 year old home from the curb. They went above and beyond what is called for in city code/insurance requirement and installed water and ice shielding as well which gives more peace of mind. Tommy provided high quality drone photos throughout the day as things progressed, keeping us updated as they worked. Our property was cleaned up once the job was done; they didn't leave trash, nails, etc. and were highly respectful of our home. GPM treats you like family and the customer service is second to none, we could not be more thrilled with GPM and our new roof. Matt, Tommy, and the team at GPM are the best in the business and you can trust them with your home.

Project manager Tommy Staudt was superb. Tommy kept us informed as to the progress of the project and target dates. Glassford worked well with our insurance company and payments went smoothly. Overall project went smoothly with the roof being removed and installed in one day!! Coordination with the solar company to remove and re-install panels went off without a hitch. Absolutely no issues with the project and recommend Glassford highly.

Matt Glassford with Glassford Project Management went above and beyond to get our new roof installed after this year's hail storms. The shingle type and color we wanted wasn't in stock anywhere in the area due to the increased demand, but Matt was able to track down the exact shingles we were looking for. Even before the hail storms this year, Matt had been out to look at our roof and told us at that time there wasn't enough damage to warrant replacement, a solid indication he was not out just to make money, but is an honest businessman and is more concerned about building relationships than turning a profit. We had a great experience and would highly recommend their services.
