We contacted several contractors to get estimates on a new roof and Gladiator Roofing were the only ones that came out and Dustin and Dylan sat down with us and explained everything that would go on.
Our new roof and gutters are beautiful. The guys came out and the roof was done in a day. The next week our gutters were done and both barns had new roofs.
They cleaned up after themselves.

Fantastic experience with this company. We were previously was being quoted much more by other contractors when we found out about Gladiator Roofing for a roof replacement (and other bits).

When they came out for inspection, David was extremely knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. He clearly laid out what the process would look like and what work would be done.

During the actual install they laid out a tarp to protect our property from nails and debris. After they were done, they came by and made sure any trash was picked up. David also stopped by to double check if we had any issues with the job near the end. Overall we’re very happy with the services provided and will definitely reach out if we need more work done.

Gladiator roofing guys were awesome! Had an army of guys here, all willing to go the extra mile and do whatever needed to be done. Friendly and courteous! Was very pleased to do business with them! Thx Gladiator Roofing!

Gladiator Roofing did a great job of working with our insurance company to get us a new roof and gutters! We have to give David Lee most of the credit!!! He has done an amazing job of answering all of our questions (and we had a lot! ) and was very patient with us during the entire process. His suggestions paid off, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The new gutters are coming tomorrow, so I will post photos after they are installed.

We called Gladiator out 2 years ago to fix a leak in the front of our roof leaking into the garage. They did 2 water tests, and everything was good. Here we are 2 years later with a leak in the same spot. We called them to come out, and we got a quote. Accepted the quote they scheduled to come out and then didn't show up. We called and emailed. Rescheduled 2 more times and no shows. Here we are, Memorial weekend with our roof full on leaking into the garage and a pending home inspection on Tuesday. Do yourself a favor and call Rees Resoration in Greenwood. They came out on a Sunday and will fix the repair on Memorial Day.

Gladiator Roofing and Restoration came out and provided a free detailed inspection report on my house and helped deal with the insurance company to get my house back to the shape it was in before the hail storm. They were very professional and punctual. I never felt pushed or pressured throughout the process. Gladiator was super professional to work with. I contacted several companies and they were first to contact me and even came out for an inspection the same day so responsiveness was superb. Dave Colby was my rep and he was outstanding to work with. Appreciated his honesty as he originally was unsure if I needed a new roof or if the insurance would cover a full replacement. Despite that I moved forward and he was able to not only help to get full replacement on the roof but also new upgraded downspouts and gutters plus through in some upgraded shingles. Work was completed in a single day and looks great. No issues still after couple of months. Would highly recommend.

Had 2 Homes and 2 outbuildings roofed in Nov 2020 due to hail. Received no paperwork about warranty or anything else after repeatedly asking for paperwork. Damaged large window in house with debris or other negligence and caused large crack. This is an approx. 5ft x 4 ft picture window over front door. David came to my house and offered me $500 for damage or to have window looked at and replaced. Obviously I chose replace. Sent out a sub contactor who said window was frame rotted. Ordered window from Lowes and had installed. That was $3000 approx. total cost window and install. Window frame was not rotted per installer and was a vinyl clad and in good shape. Also damaged yard lights from debris and pulling them out of ground once they damaged a few. Was told they would pay for this also. Bought lights gave them receipt. Another $100 damage. They hire subs not direct employees and have no control over them. Caught one sub standing in my gutter on out building. Just an overall terrible experience. I would not hire them again and advise others to hire someone else. They are not a contractor I would recommend at all or trust after my experience.

Lilly Hardey went over and beyond what we expected. We had new roof, gutters and garage door replacement. From the time we found damage from hail storm she was there to meet our adjustor, the roofers and gutters being replaced. We had to ask for a weekend on our garage door replacement. She was there and so was the contractor. No questions asked. They did an excellent job. We have had roof repairs in past. Was not a good experience. This one was. Thank you Lilly and Gladiator.

My home suffered significant hail damage in June 2021. After a lot of research, I decided to hire Gladiator Roofing to do the repair. Their website was very informative and had good reviews. Their sales rep, Lillian, did an outstanding job. She keep me up to date every step of the way and was in constant contact with me. My insurance company tried to make things difficult but Gladiator worked with them until an agreement was reached. Their crew was very friendly and hard working. Clean up after the job was very good. There were, however, a few problems along the way. Gladiator did not stop working with me until I was 100% satisfied. My only complaint would be that they have someone on the job site that can communicate to the homeowner if they have a question or concern. Overall, Gladiator did a very good job. I would recommend them and would hire them again.

This is the 3rd time I’ve had to have my roof replaced and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The insurance company made several mistakes that cause this process to be long and painful. Amber and her team not only patiently waited, but helped moving the process along even when it wasn’t their job to do so. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at replacing their roof

You know the old saying; I liked this "product or service" so much that I bought the company! Well, I didn't buy the company, but did the next best thing and work there on the side now. I'm a realtor and deal with many companies that do roofing, renovation, and all the stuff in between. This company is exceptional in work, but more important, backing it with solid service and communication. They have "YEARS" of experience in dealing with difficult insurance claims and meeting any budget. Every one that is employed there has one goal, to be the best, and it shows with their work ethic, craftsmanship, service and attitude. Don't take my word for it, if you need renovation, roofing, windows, siding, or gutters call them and see for yourself.

I would just like to say that we were so lucky to have Gladiator Roofing & Restoration stop by our home after a severe hail storm. In particular, sales rep Andrew Beeson who handled our entire claim from day one to completion. What a wonderful rep, as helpful, knowledgeable and as kind a person can be! He took over the entire claim and immediately worked directly with our insurance, dealing with the claim process, shingles & gutter replacement. Something you don't often find is someone who gets back to you with any concerns immediately!!! Andrew did no matter how many times or how small the concern.

The work was superior. We could not be happier with the quality, roof replacement and gutters plus a repair to a bay window roof section that was previously an eyesore ... Andrew and his superiors, plus his team figured out the best way to improve it to our 100% satisfaction. This is a great company who knows what they are doing.

I am on my second home and this is my second roof replacement. While I have no real complaints about the company that replaced the roof on my first home I decided to shop around more than I did 10 years ago. And I’m so glad I did. Right away I could see the difference between the companies and how Gladiator takes care of their customers, from the responsiveness of my estimator to the speed and skill with which the job was completed. From our first meeting Shane Hawk and Gladiator Roofing made me feel like a priority. The diagnosis wasn’t ideal but not unexpected as I had three different roofing companies who had already told me the same thing. And while I could have hired any one of those companies (including the one who did my first roof) Gladiator was the clear stand out. Right away I felt comfortable with Shane as he dealt with me honestly and fairly and worked with me to get the most I could out of my money. Throughout the whole process he was just a quick text or call away, answering my questions, helping me with decisions, and keeping me informed. When all the decisions were made they moved quickly and my new roof was installed in one day, just a couple of weeks after the go ahead (we had to wait for good weather). While I could not be home during the install, Shane made sure the work and clean up was up to his standards, I felt that he treated my house as he would his own. My neighbors, who work from home, told me how impressive they were to watch and how evident their attention to detail was. They also told me how much they appreciated the care they put into clean up as our properties are very close. When they asked if I would recommend them for their own roof I wholeheartedly did so. While I hope to never need another roof, I know exactly who to call if I do.

These guys are the absolutely best - they are amazing at what what they do and made my house look brand new. They were patient with me and my indecisiveness and helped guide me in my decisions. They’ve helped almost my entire neighborhood, which should tell you everything.
Most importantly when things got hard for me this week they rallied around me like family...they became family. I’ll especially forever be grateful for Dave. There are not enough kind words. You want a genuine crew and leader, these are your guys.

Awesome experience! Our project manager, Bryan, was absolutely outstanding and honestly made the entire project. We couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. We had a corner pergola put in with a swing hanging from it. Bryan was on site throughout making sure everything was going smoothly and he actually also did a ton of the work...even after hours! We will use them again for sure and highly recommend.

Very responsive and quick to address our needs. Excellent workmanship. Honest that repair could be made to roof when another vendor insisted the whole back side of the roof needed to be replaced (roof is only 9-years old). Because of that, we also had them do a screen replacement for our screened in porch. Work was tricky b/c of the arched trim, but was removed and replaced with no damage or defects.

Gladiator was quick to respond to my project. They worked directly with my insurance on the roof and gutter replacement, resulting in very little time needed for me to spend on the project. They made the whole process very easy and worked through some issues with professionalism. Overall I would definitely recommend them.
