Huge selection of tools, parts, home repair products and other random stuff. This is our go-to store when we need anything local for our cabin in snowshoe.

The only place locally to get most ur building and construction materials along with basically any tool the everyday contractor/carpenter/handyman/DIY would need and if u can’t find what ur looking for I recommend talking to Mr Randy (owner) or Mr Tom(long time employee) they care to help ya out and know jst about everything there is to know unlike other employees I’ve had to deal with !

In my experience the Male staff be little female customers who are doing projects that makes normally do, also bad experience with them stating that they are out of something that is clearly in stock on the shelves but they have almost everything for home repair and projects

WOW the young girl that works there very smart hard worker and very kind! She has a bigger heart than most older souls I know! She's a true free American! I really enjoyed talking to her while she got the stain I needed! Our country needs a lot of ladies like her! SWEET! GLADE DID GOOD IN HIRING HER!!!!!

The store itself is a strange combination. It's an Ace hardware store that has Ace supplies but they want to call themselves Glades. Getting past that the store itself is a little hard to navigate but not to the point of being impossible. The staff are extremely friendly once they get to know you. When I first walked in I felt like I was being stared at but eventually everyone warmed up. The prices I will say are really on the expensive side for a lot of items. However they can afford to be expensive as they are the only hardware store for an hour. The stock they have covers a decent chunk of what you will need for projects however you might find yourself needing to order items from Amazon or going to the lowes an hour away as they don't have everything.

I recently moved to the area and Glades has been my go to store. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable of the products they sell.

The staff are wonderful always willing to help and give me suggestions on projects im working on. Top notch customer service

Needed some parts for a radio site. They let me know exactly where to find the part I needed and were very friendly. Fair pricing, large store. Lots of options.

Glades has the most helpful staff I have encountered anywhere. They genuinely seem to enjoy helping you find what you need.
