Working with GIP Restoration Services was such a great experience for me. They handled everything with my insurance company and intervened on my behalf to get the roof replaced instead of just repairing it.

They came exactly when they said they would and cleaned up all trash and debris and the laborers were extremely polite too.

Additionally, they addressed any and all damage that was identified inside and out during the initial inspection.

They have ended up replacing about 12 roofs in my subdivision so far (in three months) and others are waiting to get approved and scheduled. I have spoken to each of these neighbors and every one of them has shared that the experience was a great one. I would definitely recommend them for any and all roofing repairs needed.

GIP showed up and saved the day when the wind blew one of my gutters down. They conducted a courtesy inspection of my roof and determined there was wind damage. GIP thoroughly explained the process to have my roof replaced and they have a great team of employees that keep you informed every step of the way. They are very organized and very prompt with their service. I would recommended them to family and friends.

Hurricane Helena hit us hard dropping a large Hickory tree thru our roof causing structural, roof and water damage. We were at a loss of who to contact and friend told us to contact GIP. I met Daniel a claims specialist on a Sunday. After he looking over the situation he said they could do all the work and work with our insurance company. They started Tuesday and finished the job in less than 2 weeks. The entire team was well coordinated and worked very efficiently like a well trained athletic team repairing everything inside and out. Every detail of the work was of a very high standard with the finished product being better than new. The communication was outstanding thru out the entire process and the complicated interface with the insurance company and inspectors was professionally handled. Daniel was a great manager coordinating the entire project and we can thank him and his entire crew for the first rate job done reparing our whole house. Recently after Hurricane Milton we discovered A leaking area In one of Our upstairs bedrooms. we contacted GIP RESTORATION. we had noticed they done some work on homes and our subdivision and we heard good things from our neighbors. We scheduled an appointment. Someone immediately got in contact with us and came out to inspect our damage the very next day. Prior to arriving, they advised us of what information they needed from us to have ready policy. They went over different options. And made the whole process very easy. We literally contacted them on Wednesday, came out and inspected on Thursday and begun the work on Friday morning. They were very neat cleaned up after themselves. We had absolutely no complaints. Great communication. I hope we never need to To require their services again, but if we do, we would definitely use them.

Prior to GIP, I had a bad experience from so-called good roofing company. That company failed to get my claim and then my insurance company dumbed me. Also, I had travel abroad for family issues. GIP kept me informed throughout my trip and re-assured me. They beat the deadline and a better roof was installed in 1 day after they won an insurance claim for me. This was for the same roof that the other roof company failed to get my claim approved.
