Giddens Construction

Corey and his team did a GREAT addition for us in the Historic Oakwood neighborhood. They almost doubled the size of our house. He was on time, and on budget and worked well with our architect to make sure things were done right. Its been 18 months since they finished and nothing has leaked/broken yet! I would not hire any other contractor.

Corey & his team are top notch. They finished my kitchen/bath remodel on time and with a great crew who did great work (and solved a lot of issues in my 60s built home). Definitely would recommend and will use again!

We own a small house, but live in a neighborhood we love, so when my wife got pregnant we knew the only options was adding on an addition.

We started out by getting quotes and honestly every quote was above what I was budgeting for, but as we started to meet with the contractors we were able to get it down to just two that we liked.

One of those was Giddens Construction. While they were kind of in the middle as far as price goes, Corey (the owner) was very fast to get back to me and got me a quote in only a couple of days. We also really liked the fact that almost all of the work done was done by teams that were either in-house or teams he uses on all of his jobs. This made me feel a lot more secure knowing that he had relationships with his subs, and that they would be accountable for their work. Lastly, I like to think I'm a decent judge of character and Corey seemed like a really genuine guy who would stand by his work. (spoiler alert: I was right.)

Long story short, we chose Giddens and it made all the difference. We actually came in RIGHT on budget, right on time and every team that worked on our house was amazing. True professionals and zero corner cutting. Corey and George would come by to make sure of it and if anything we slightest bit off, they would make sure it was changed ASAP.

We now have an absolutely beautiful new master bedroom and have been referring all of our friends and neighbors to Giddens. Looking back on it, while they weren't the cheapest option, for the type of work they do and the attention to detail they have, they are DEFINITELY one of the best deals in town if you care about real quality and customer care.

Would use again 10/10.
