When the crazy wind storms came through in March and April, we had some shingles and a large portion of fascia cover torn from our roofline. We contacted 3 businesses to bid the repairs. Because our roof is steep and quite elevated, we did not have great luck. One told us that they would need to rent a lift for $1200, 2 others told us they would not even attempt the repair because it was too difficult for their guys. I won’t throw them under the bus because we appreciate that they were honest enough to communicate their boundaries (saving us all from headaches). One of the business owners recommended Gibson because he knew they had an experienced crew. The only reason we didn’t call them first was because we know that they are in high demand and worried it would take too long. My husband communicated with Austin, and he was fantastic! The communication really put us at ease. Not only did GQR tackle the job like pros, but the time it took for completion and the cost were reasonable! No joke—watching them was like watching world-renowned acrobats with superior trade skills! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!!

I called Bob on Friday morning about a leak. He was out and fixed the leak plus a lot of other items later that afternoon. Such an honest experience. Greatly appreciate the honesty, customer service and quick turnaround.
