Giant Roofing:
We had an entire new roof done recently and I want to give a huge shout out to Giant Roofing.

We had new ice and shield underlayment paper done and new tiles and a new fabricated chimney cap.

Jose was incredibly easy to work with and communicated everything I needed to know and was always available for my questions. Such a great professional guy. We’d have a conversation about something I needed and go over multiple things, he listened without taking notes, and not once did he ever forget anything, including the details, excellent organizational skills.

Fernando was our foreman and is just as great as Jose. He too always answered my questions with patience and communicated with me as needed. He was always checking in with me. Friendly & knowledgeable as can be. Of course coming out on two separate Saturdays really did impress me.

The roofers worked extremely hard, even during that long heat wave we had. It was miserably hot. Through it all, everyone had a smile with a morning greeting.

Lupe who answers the phone and much more was always professional and never let me down if I needed information. Very helpful and always kind.

Not once did I ever get the runaround. Their customers satisfaction is important and they showed me that was true.

They were super with the fact we were also doing new stucco on entire house and new windows. Because of this, Giant Roofing and other companies had to work in phases, sometimes working simultaneously. I didn’t have a contractor to organize it all, I did it myself and had no problems, they were all cooperative and very helpful and never a complaint.

* They arrived on time every day Monday-Friday

* Fernando our foreman brought me tile samples on a Sat so my husband could see too (he offered Saturday, I didn’t request) Impressed.

* Portable potty brought and took away daily.

* They covered our driveway to protect it when needed.

* Fernando came on a different Sat to help with a special need with a corner of flashing for the new gutter (again he suggested Sat, I didn’t request) Impressed.

* During the local fire, we had to evacuate and couldn’t have vendors inside our community, no complaints to delay work, only concern for us and others

This is a local family business, licensed of course with Nevada Contractors Board, insured. They work hard and truly want their customers to be happy. We are.

Forgot to say the most important, roof looks great, no leaks and we’ve had rain and snow since.

From the first phone call to the finished job, Giant Roofing is an excellent company! A real person answers the phone (!), the estimator came to my house w/i 3 days (on time!) and I received the written estimate about 4 days later - with a VERY REASONABLE price!! Scheduling was easy and timely and the day of the job, the crew showed up ON TIME, completed the repair job and cleaned up everything. I also appreciate that in the estimate I was offered an additional, optional service to have sealant at pipe penetrations and hips and joints, paint pipe penetrations and general maintenance /cleaning of entire roof at a VERY reasonable price. ( it had not been done since house was built 20+ years ago, so $$ well spent!). Everyone I talked to from the office clerk on the phone to the estimator to the guys who did the job were professional and courteous. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER - highly recommend Giant Roofing!

My industrial building had 2 leaks with all the rain we are having. My tenant was worried about his equipment and product getting ruined. I called Jose and he immediately send a crew out and fixed it under warranty with no cost or questions asked. I would use him again and highly recommend him! Tenant is happy.

What a great business. My husband first called them to get an appraisal. They made an appointment to come and look at the job.

After looking around and talking to several businesses we decided to go with this company. We were added to their schedule.

They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They fixed a leak in our garage. It has rained more than several times since then with no leaks. They cleaned up and left no mess. My husband and I are beyond pleased with their job and the patch they did to our roof.

This company is wonderful. His crew was done within a couple of hours. Thanks for fixing our roof.

From my first contact with Giant Roofing to my installed has been nothing but professional. Jose was quick with getting an estimate done and even with delays on my part he got me right on the schedule. His team was hard working and cleaned up everyday after work. They made sure they kept me informed with the progress of the install. After the roof was installed Jose came out and inspected everything. I cannot say enough about how great they were. I highly recommend Giant Roofing. Price wise they were much better than their competitor.

Very professional and efficient roofing job. Jose came out, did a close inspection of the roof and provided several options. Excellent communication throughout job from quote to scheduling to execution. Highly recommend them.

A Giant Roofing truck in front of us just had a huge (4ft+) piece of roofing metal fly out as he turned onto McCarran from Greenbrae & he did not stop or attempt to retrieve it from the middle of the road!! Had that happened on the freeway, it could have surely KILLED someone!!!

Jose and his team did an excellent job to repair my roof in August of this year. I received three quotes. His price was not the lowest, but it was very competitive. The roof tiles are more than 20 years old so it is hard to find the new tiles with exact matching color. When standing outside and looking at the roof, he discovered that one area of the roof is invisible. He suggested to take 20+ tiles from that area to replace 20+ broken tiles in different areas of the roof and then install the new tiles on that invisible area. I really like his smart approach. He did a thorough inspection after his workers performed the repair. He sent his workers back several times to do corrections. His honesty and integrity have earned my trust. I will hire him for any roof projects in the future.

They showed up on time when the came to quote and when the fixed my roof. Did a good job. Super transparent and explained everything in detail about the work that was needed to fix my leak. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Giant Roofing LLC. If you are looking for an excellent and professional roofing company, Giant Roofing is the company capable of getting your job done. I had a steel roof installed. It is beautiful and the craftsmanship is without comparison. Everyone at this company is professional, friendly and skilled at their craft. During the project, the men cleaned up around the house every day before leaving. They started on time and only took a break for lunch. I would not hesitate to call them again. I highly recommend this company.

Just watched my neighbor having his roof replaced the last three days. The hardest working group of guys I've ever seen while painting my fence. They never stopped, the roof is perfect and really impressed with their clean up. I'll be calling them for my roof!

Out of all the roofing companies that I called for a roof leak repair, Giant Roofing was the only one that responded the same day, within less than an hour! Jose the owner, inspected the roof, took pictures & explained what the problem was. In half a day, they repaired it, checked to make sure it was water tight, cleaned up and even cleaned the gutters. Very professioal and friendly & honest!

Your search is over, RUN, don’t walk to Giant Roofing! We can’t begin to tell you how pleased we are with the beautiful new roof and excellent service we have received from Giant Roofing. Another company we had contracted with kept us waiting for 2 months and still had not been able to secure permits for the job. Giant Roofing had us a quote and start date within 2 weeks and for thousands less in costs for the exact same product. This was crucial as we were running out of time to have this done before our leaking roof ran into bad weather again! The job was done in one day and our property was left spotless. This is a highly professional no-nonsense company, I am sure you will be as fortunate as we are you found them!

These folks were on time, and had a great attitude.
I have spent over 30,000 in remodeling ,and of all the contractors I’ve hired these guys were the only ones who bid it and did it!! The repairs were done top notch all tiles replaced ,and they even painted my roof vents. Money well spent!

Giant Roofing was BY FAR one of the best contractors that I've worked with (and I've been in construction for 20 years)! The estimating process was quick and painless, the pricing was on point and though in the same ballpark as other contractors, they were the lowest. These guys showed up when they said they would, started on time and by the end of day 1, they had the entire old roof (shake from 1942 and 2 layers of asphalt) already stripped off and hauled away and the entire roof re-decked and the ice/water shield installed.. The teams utilized fall restraint during the entire scope and when they finished they walked around the yard and even picked up all of the windblown pieces of my old roof that had littered the yard. I am very impressed with the pricing, the expediency, the professionalism and the craftsmanship. This is a quality contractor and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a roof installed in the Reno Area!!!

Out of 11 subcontractors, and laborers, i can honestly say, Giant Roofing and its owner, was the most organized, prepaired, brought in a crew of neat hard workers, told me of needed materials, (i had bought ) list of exactly the things that i had missed and gave receipt right from store. This was the only contractor that did not take any of my work time, finished the job in only 2 1/2 days, above and beyond agreed, did it for the price i had already alloted, and in the long run, this is the only way to go, otherwise you end up loosing hours of your work time, babysitting other laborers, or having to double check their work , or mistakes etc. which costs you loss of incomem stolen tools, and you end up working with them to get it done.. B UT NOT with this company! And no, he has no clue i am writing this, I truely wanted others to know, I have gone through so many others, none of which where as honest fair prepaired and did excellent work, and clean up, as Giant , their owner is bound for sucess!

Jose was great coming out and explaining what needed yo be done on my roof. I respected him for his honesty and follow up on my roof. No doubt I would call him if I needed a roof done or repair. The quote was one of the lowest as well. I only chose another company because I had to get my roof done in just a couple days after the quotes!! Short notice! But Jose is legit!

The value is phenomenal, the work is very professional and well done. The workers seemed to work nonstop. Work was completed quickly. The cleanup would far exceed good housekeeping standards. I highly recommend this company. Quality materials exceptional.
