GGA Roofing took the extra steps to make sure our wind damage was going to be covered through insurance, communicating with the reps and us about next steps. Jamie, Alan and the build team were great, completing the roof in a day and cleaned up our yard after to remove nails and other debris.

Jamie came out to our home and did a roof inspection. He was very professional and did a very thorough job. He.was very honest and knowledgable about what he found. Enjoyed working with him.

I had my roof inspected due to high winds. GGA sent a highly qualified rep out to inspect. Jordan arrived on time, thoroughly checked the roof and explained everything in detail. Very honest regarding his findings. I would definitely do business with this company if needed.

Jamie Baisden came out to help troubleshoot an issue with our gutter downspout. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue (even running to the store to grab supplies for the fix!). This was not on his dance card for the day, but he certainly made us feel like valued customers!

GGA did a great job with my new roof! They did all the little extra things that my previous roofer skimped on.

Jamie the sales consultant was very good and customer service and answer any questions we had in followed up on the job completely. Roof was installed and contractor did a excellent job and was installed in one day.

5 guys did an excellent job!!!! There was sales rep(Eddie) that stopped by to make sure things were going well. I’ve dealt with Eddie or the past five months due to State Farm‘s lack of respect for their customers. Eddie went out of his way to assist in all ways possible! Great job guys. I would strongly recommend this fine company!!

Quick installation after purchase. It is peace of mind knowing I will no longer be climbing a ladder to clean maple leaves out of my gutter.

It was done quickly and looks good but now that it is done I get another invoice for more than what was agreed upon and paid for by me before hand. This was being done through insurance and was told that it would be be done for that amount.

Update
I paid also for siding. I have been told that they have the materials but have heard nothing. I am now told that the account manager that was working with me no longer works for them. I have not been contacted by another account manager or have had anyone try and schedule the install to be done. The old manager has still been trying to help so Eddie is great. They also tried to say that I had a problem with the siding but no one from the company has contacted me so I don't know how they can say that. So, they have my money but have not tried to contact me to get the work done. They have my information and address so that can't be reason. It has been quite a while since I heard from them and now. It's one thing to have the date rescheduled because of weather and another to not even schedule it.

Eddie was fantastic in handling my roof, gutter, and siding needs. Nice to work with an excellent company who is punctual and helpful!

In 2022 I had Gutter Guards of America install gutter guards. The gutter guards are doing a great job. This week I got a call from them asking to inspect my roof. They said it was free and if they found anything I was not obligated to buy anything. Roger came out and did a great job inspecting my roof. He found a few issues that might cause problems later, but too early to fix at this point. Thanks Roger.

The salesman was nice , the Company is very interested in collect your insurance and your out of pocket money, but they are not professional enough to give you the invoice after the job is done or to correct something on the roof ,they gave me there word that will be solved today and so far nothing has been done . Not happy with them

GGA sales rep. was polite and friendly. He did not pressure me to close the sale but answered all my questions. The installation date was of my choosing, the installer called ahead of time, and did a very good job. I throughly investigated gutter guards and believe I bought the best on the market. I highly recommend Gutter Gaurds America.

0/10 would not recommend.

The "manufacturer's no clog money back guarantee" is a lie. When I requested my money back, I was told that the "no clog" only applies to the pipes and not the gutter guards. So anything that clogs the gutter guards (but not the pipes beneath the guards) is the consumers problem, not the manufacturer's.

So basically, you're better off removing the gutters entirely than having these installed. Salesman might be nice and give a discount but installers are 100% SLAP DASH. Gaps between every panel. They hammered in the ends of my gutters to try and close the GAPS at the ends. Came back to “fix it” and just screwed extra mesh overlapping the gaps. Left screws and hardware and metal trimming on my roof lawn and driveway. Really poor job done. Rain is now pouring over the edge of my gutter and down my soffits. 0/10 would not recommend.

Gilberto Albarran was the person with whom I dealt with. He was very professional and answered all questions we had. We came to a very agreeable price. Also, we had our quote done on a Tuesday evening and settled the contract on that Thursday. When I stated that I wished that they would come out Friday since I was off this week, they accommodated and came Friday morning getting the job done. I am very happy. Now, it's time to see what happens next time it rains.

Randy A was a great education about what to look for when considering the purchase of gutter guards. He took the time to learn what we valued, and to explain the business history, recognition and model, the product, the importance of employee selection and retention. When we had questions after he left, he responded immediately, and followed up with additional information via email.
