Went to Gerry Raymond to purchase a truck found a ram that I liked that was gas but decided to go with a diesel when I told the sales lady I decided on a diesel she was extremely rude the general manager John was really rude as well because I changed my mind this dealer ship is very rude and very unprofessional I won't be going back there for any reason not even for a bottle of water

I am not one to write bad reviews but unfortunately my experience with this dealership took away my excitement of buying a new vehicle. I will say I was happy that they were patient with me and my husband during negotiations and understanding car loans. Although we enjoyed our salesman, our overall experience was slow moving, unsorted, and a bit frustrating. We put money down on a Monday to hold the vehicle to purchase it on Friday once my husband got home. It was acknowledged that we wished to have most of the paperwork ready that Monday to be able to sign and go on Friday. Friday came and I was told the paper was not saved and they were waiting on the bank (which I understand is out of their control). During our 3 hours of waiting we were told our vehicle was being detailed and they like to make sure we have a nice clean vehicle. We agreed. Although I felt it should have been detailed sometime earlier in the week to be parked and ready to go for Friday. We finally sign paperwork and they say we are good to go but no car to be seen for another 10 minutes. In that 10 minutes they say they forgot to ask for our cash down after paperwork was already complete then claim 1k was missing, I had to remind them I gave that to them Monday… Finally our vehicle comes out front and the kid gets out and goes to the backseat to take the window sticker off… we are in a hurry to get back to our young kids so we leave. Once we are all settled and finally look over the vehicle, it is clear it was not detailed. There was another front sticker still on, a candy wrapper in the front cup holder, crumbs in the seats, and more wrappers and even earrings in the backseats. Our salesman called me today and asked how things were. I said good besides the lack of detailing and how I was disappointed in my findings. He apologized but no offers to bring it in for a detailing or future free detailing. I figured maybe he had to ask his superior before making such promise but no call back was received today. I am happy with my vehicle and our deal we received which is why we continued the sale but overall not a great experience for us.

Lesson we learned the hard way frI'm GERRY-RAYMOND in Brookville Pa...
Mid-January we purchased a new 2025 1500 Ram from Gerry-Raymond in Brookville PA.
We had the truck for about a week, less than 250 miles and a fuel injector failed.
Gerry-Raymond had the truck until mid February to replace the injector and spray a bed liner (paid for at time of purchase).
The GM said "let us show you what kind of dealership we are".
The truck was returned, we had the truck for about a week and the check engine light came on (a Saturday). Called GR GM, promised Monday pick up, called Tuesday to remind them to pick it up...
They picked up the truck Tuesday, took a week to identify the problem (oil pump would not go to low pressure mode).
Replacement part is obsolete in the Ram system.
April 1st GR took back the loaner vehicle and the GM would not take our calls, threaten to come with State Police if we didn't give up the loaner.
It's currently April 14, no loaner, no truck, no call, no repair....
We bought new to not have these problems...
BUYER BEWARE, AVOID GERRY-RAYMOND IN BROOKVILLE PA, and Ram launches new platforms with obsolete parts...
Truck is less than 500 mikes, RAM customer service will not do an exchange...
After the sale they WILL forget who you are....

I purchased a 21 Jeep Grand Cherokee back in October and when I did they said there is new rotors and brakes on the rear so of course I notice the rotors being new and no one puts new rotors on a vehicle and puts the brakes that have over 36000 miles on them back on do they. Well guess what yupper new rotors and used brakes pads. I went to get my Jeep inspected last month and it wouldn't pass due to the rear brake pads being worn out. So I paid to have those replaced lucky I didn't wait till May when inspection was due to run out to have the inspection done or the rotors would of needed replaced also. I put less that 3000 miles on this Jeep since I purchased it from Gerry Raymond. So again I e-mail Ryan who was the sales person I worked with I got negative results. So I e-mail John Wiley Sales Manager with photos of the rear brake pads and ask just to pay for brake pads and labor and he got right back to me and asked me to send the receipts which I did. I e-mailed him and ask if he received them and he stated, "Got them thanks". That was March 20th. I have not heard back so I e-mailed John April 2nd asking if he had done anything about the brakes and no answer. Again Customer Relations stinks and I don't like being LIED to..

They passed my car for inspection with two bald tires that they had just rotated. Tires had broken belts and the tread was cracked. Car was in need of an alignment and I was not notified of that. I have filed two forms and have not even got an apology. I will not be taking my car back there for service. I will take it to the shop that showed their concern for my safety. If I could have I wouldn't have given them any stars.

If i could give -5 stars i would, took my car there for an insurance claim after hitting a deer. They not only didn’t fix the issue but they caused more damage. After taking my vehicle to a different garage they found that gerry Raymond used zip-ties to hold things.

They had to do warranty work that they didn’t wanna do and took over three weeks once they started on the car. They had to change the oil in it once it was fixed…. it’s been a few months I went to change it at home and took three hours to get the filter off bc someone put in on so damn tight the filter was actually crinkled! That is on purpose bc it takes way to much effort to do that putting a oil filter on. And for the record the vehicle is back to doing what it was before they fixed it so the bandaid didn’t last long.

Disappointed. I made a 7 hour round trip on the basis that a car was in excellent condition. The vehicle was competitively priced, and I was told it was due to being a smoker’s car. I asked for pictures, information, etc., and the salesman G.B. obliged. I asked for pictures under the car and was told the service dept was busy and couldn’t get the car on racks to get pictures. Perturbed, but still interested I offered a deposit (Tuesday) and said I could be there Friday (today 12/15/23). I made the long trip down to find a car with scratches, scuffs (not all minor) paint blemishes, deep scrapes through the paint, a dent in the tailgate, and oil leaking from somewhere underneath in addition to an interior nightmare (filth and pet hair). The sales guy said, “I sent you a picture of the back and thought you’d see the dent” (see attached)- this is the photo he assumed I’d see the dent in. Note the sun glare, and his reflection…. Maybe I’m unreasonable for thinking a salesman would consider the distance I’m driving and offer up that information in an email, or perhaps a close up photo of the damaged areas so it was obvious to me. Honesty goes a long way with me. Concealing information is a great way for negative feedback and a non-customer. Anyway, I continued looking at the vehicle and I opened the drivers side back seat door and said, “Greg, did the previous owner have pets (after seeing pet hair on the bottom backside of the drivers side seat) ”? “No, he responded”. “Was the car detailed?” I added. “Yeah, I’m pretty sure”, he responded. I leaned down and looked under the seats and there was paper from previous owner, and a ton of pet hair. I handed him some (pet hair) and he said, “he (previous owner) never said anything about having pets”. (Obviously he wouldn’t say that, but ok). I looked at the center console, dashboard, everywhere, and there was dirt and dust all over. This thing wasn’t cleaned AT ALL. Greg kindly opened the hood for us and we began a thorough inspection. The top looked fairly clean except the superglued cable the previous owner attached to the battery stemming out the front of the hood to plug in the battery. We climbed underneath and found mud and dirt caked onto all 4 wheel wells along with straw (field). I looked at Greg and jokingly said, “this must’ve been used as a farm vehicle”. He said, “yeah, he mentioned he had a tractor”. Again, mud caked all over and the service department said it was power washed. Not buying it. I showed Greg everything I saw. Greg stepped away for a few minutes and came back with a pamphlet noting a free lifetime powertrain warranty that comes with the car (through a third party), and gave it to us. Continuing on, we crawled underneath and there was a massive amount of oil on the bottom side of the intake manifold. No idea where it was coming from. Axle seal? That’s when Greg offered to take it back to service and throw on a lift. We were invited back also. Every service technician came over and looked at it. Nobody knew where it was coming from, but everyone agreed it wasn’t not normal. The sides of the intake were dry, it wasn’t coming from a gasket, it wasn’t spillage from filling oil without a funnel, nada. We didn’t even go so far as to test drive it. We finally went back outside after seeing enough. We talked about how the car wasn’t prepared for showing, leaving all of the dents, scratches, etc. not communicated in the photos and only assuming I’d see them on the pictures etc. at the end of the day- I expressed sincere interest, provided my credit card over the phone, gave several days notice of my arrival, and I don’t feel like anyone there cared whether I bought the car or not. Complete lack of care, preparation, pride, etc. I would’ve been embarrassed to present that car in that condition aside from the mechanical issues. Can you all spot the dent below- don’t confuse it with his shadow (hint/hint). Now, would you have seen it if I didn’t mention anything about a dent? I’d have told you before you made a 7 hour round trip- no ASSumptions!

Great people....we were on vacation and headed home when my hood latch broke. Hood wouldn't stay shut. Stopped at Gerry Raymond dealership to see if they could help....4:00 in the afternoon. The service tech came out to try and fix it but it was unrepairable. ...they got me in the next morning first before anyone. 30 minutes we were in and out. David Anthony, Jason and Jen were so helpful. Highly recommended these folks. Thank you for making our vacation a little easier.
