He helped with the insurance claim process and was able to get everything I needed. He is professional and he keeps you updated with pictures during the whole process. 10/10 I highly recommend!!

Our experience with Gerardo was terrible. After telling us if we contracted him the repair of our home, our estimate would be free, he proceeded to quote us three times what the insurance company quoted for repairs. This caused our mortgage company to declare our home a total loss. After which, Gerardo charged us $5,000 for our estimate after only inspecting our home for 45 minutes. We are now left with a damaged mobile home and no money to fix it. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Gerardo and I met 5mo ago. I contacted G after my home owner’s insurance company denied my claim ( the insurance company’s field adjuster was a joke). G came to my home and saw the water damage (stains) in the ceiling. He did a thorough inspection on the roof and attic ,found severe hail damage and worn out sheetings . This man was persistent with his work; helped me fight my claim against a stubborn desk adjuster who didn’t have my best interest as one of their own customers. He only cared to save his company thousands of dollars. Furthermore he thought he would get the final say. My friend G, won the great fight and the desk adjuster had no other choice but to comply after G went through my policy with a fine tooth comb( his research also included pictures, weather reports, and the reappraisal process). Cost me nothing . It was a long battle and all I needed was his patience. He even brought my home up to code with my law and ordinance policy as he prepared my home’s brand new roof! I love it !!! Thank you G and friends. I appreciate all of the work hard you guys put in especially with the impeccable clean up afterwards. I wish I could give you 100 ⭐️. I’ll call you in the future for some remodeling soon .

Gerardo’s Construction is FANTASTIC!!! They just replaced my roof and it’s gorgeous!!! Gerardo outlined everything for me step by step. He came to my home and listened to my concerns about my roof and replaced it in one day!!! He kept me up to date with progress pictures throughout the roof replacement. His crew was so nice and professional. They moved my plants and yard art and put it all back when they finished. The clean up was top notch. There is not one piece of a shingle or nail in my yard!!! We had a tree fall on our house during a recent storm on a late Saturday afternoon. It caused a hole about 15 feet long and about 3 feet wide. Gerardo and his very professional crew came to our house on Sunday morning to tarp our roof. We have a super steep roof which is hard to get to and safely work on. He and his crew had all of the tools and expertise to safely work on the roof. They took the time to inspect the roof and to make sure that all of the damage was covered. They also made sure that the tarp was perfectly flat over the huge hole in our roof so that rain water didn't puddle. I highly recommend this very professional team to perform any roof work. They were reasonably priced, worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Grateful for their first class team and professionalism!

Very professional from the inspection to the roof replacement. Gerardo was very thorough with his explanation of the repairs needed to my rental property. He worked with my insurance company to provide damage reports which helped tremendously with my claim. Gerardo and his team were the definition of professional when working with me. My insurance company originally approved a very small amount of my claim, but Gerardo fought for me and was able to get 100% of my roof replaced due to hail damage. His team was able to complete all their work in one day and all debris was picked up, even using a magnet to find any nails that landed in the yard. I was very thankful for the consistent communication from Gerardo, which kept me up to date on everything.

You can trust that they will do a top-notch job, from moment you request a visit from him to days after project completion. So, what does top-notch service look like, you ask. I could write a book about this company, but will just share a few: Arrived on time; greeted me politely/professionally; thoroughly toured the repair site; used a drone to take before & after pics - merely to validate what he'd communicated; gave me repair and material options (while providing recommendations); thoroughly itemized his quote; thoroughly explained why he was making certain recommendations; volunteered to haggle with the insurance company or eat the costs for additional work he felt was necessary (that the appraiser didn't include) to have a quality end product; provided materials' options when I wanted something different (brought samples, sent links); was extremely patient, never displaying frustration or impatience, etc. etc. Each person on his team was true to their word - arriving at "x" time, as promised, and worked diligently through nightfall (with a mere short break for lunch). No one was ever "goofing off" regardless of whether the supervisor was present. Everyone on his team was polite and extremely hard working. The subcontractor handled me in the same manner - polite, quality work, walked me through the repairs afterwards, asked if any adjustments needed to be made, etc., etc., etc. The end product looks great - I have had several comments and requests for his info from neighbors. I rarely comment on social media. This young fellow is worth it. I cannot say enough about how great he/his company is, other than to say that I will continue to use him on other projects and have & will make referrals to my family, friends and now, you. The best service I have ever had!!! If he is representative of younger generations, we are in great hands.

I felt that they were truly wanting to help me with my insurance company that was denying the roof damage after a hurricane. And their evaluation of my roof damage they found several areas that the insurance company had declined to cover. With their hard work and determination to help us through this they helped us find someone on our behalf do an independent evaluation that proved the entire roof was covered with wind damage. Without them and they were hard work in truly caring that the customer was correct they were able to give me a new roof covered by my insurance company.
