Jamie was an absolute dream to work with. She was super knowledgeable and was so good at communicating with me throughout the process. I had her cell phone number so anytime I had any questions I had a response quickly. The work was completed in a timely manner and was done well. Gerard Roofing came, inspected my gutters, and proceeded to clean out 7 or 8 years of accumulated dirt, weeds, and whatever. I have gutter guards, but they are the type that have grates, and the small seeds and dirt get in the gutters. Gerard got rid of all of that and even tightened the brackets holding the gutter guards. They sent me before and after pictures. You will be astounded at what a great job Gerard Roofing does.

Gerard Roofing employs good people who do a very good job. Their quote was competitive using an arguably superior product in the CertainTeed Landmark HD shingle. They completely replaced my roof and underlayment and my detached garage roof in one day, even despite needing to repair some decking. They were communicative and extremely professional. They kept my yard looking very nice and did much less damage to the landscaping than I expected -- very very minimal. I can be annoying, but they handled my neuroticism with kindness and care. While I'm sure there are many good roofing companies, you can't go wrong with Gerard.

I have used Gerard at my home as well as referring them to my customers to help with their roofing needs. They always do outstanding work and have always made me look great when referring them to a customer that trusts I will refer them to a company that I trust.

Have used them multiple times and the communication and work is always great. Love that they share videos so you can see what they are seeing. Have used a lot of roofing companies and they are the most reliable and customer service driven.

We can’t say enough good things about our recent experience with Gerard Roofing! We had some pieces of our siding blow off the house in the wind storm earlier this month. We were in the process of putting our home on the market; Scot and Alfredo went above and beyond to come out on one of the coldest days of the year to get our siding repaired so that we could stay on schedule with the listing process. Scot was personable, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to match the siding well and use some of the existing pieces we already had to keep the repair as cost effective as possible. 10/10 would use Gerard and again and recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic trustworthy company!

During the inspection conducted for the sale of my home, a defect was found between the soffit and roof. I needed the repair done in a timely fashion in order to close the sale.
Even though there were 10+ inches of snow on the ground and roof/gutters, Gerard
Roofing cleared the snow and repaired the roof in plenty of time for the closing, provided excellent backup paperwork to prove the job was completed, and was very cost efficient. I would definately recommend them and use them again!

I had a leaking roof. Leaking in 5 different areas. We called Scott to come out and take a look. He noticed some weather damaged shingles and we called the insurance company out to have a look. Our insurance company denied the claim for a roof replacement but offered $6000 to repair drywall on inside.

After a year of back and forth with the insurance company and great coaching from Scott, we finally got a new roof! Not only did we get a new roof, but our insurance company also replaced our sky lights.

Gerard Roofing did such a great job with the replacement of our porch roof. They made a recommendation for a more appropriate product for the slope of the roof, and expertly installed. The install crew worked from sun up, late into the night, to finish this install in one day. They left the jobsite clean and I had no damage to landscaping or the old wood portions of my porch.

Gerard recently replaced the roof at our investment property. Scot went above and beyond to try to negotiate with our insurance company to get the roof covered and spent a lot of extra time explaining options and advising me on how to handle the claims process. When it came time to do the work, I was so impressed with the crew's attention to detail and the quality of their work! The entire experience was top-notch, from choosing materials, quick timeline, excellent communication and video updates of the progress of the job. I will be a customer for life. They really care about their clients in a way that is so hard to find.

Scot was courteous and down to Earth the entire time. Many times when you reach out for home maintenance and repairs you may fear being taken advantage of, but Scot was personable, professional, and clear from the get-go. It felt good to know that the person I was communicating with would be the person overseeing the work as well.

Scot started with a roof inspection where he actually spent time on the roof to review the current condition and make notes of problem areas, then shared his findings. I'm not sure how any of the competing quotes we received were able to understand the scope of the work without leaving our driveway, let alone seeing the roof up close or taking pictures.

When installation day came, Scot's team was efficient and left the site clean. They completed the work while I was gone for the day and by the time I got home you wouldn't have guessed that there was an entire crew there except for the fact that the roof was replaced.

Scot is a gentle spirited good dude and pleasant to work with. He fit me in his busy schedule and made time for him and his crew to knock out a small addition on our home merging it to the old roof in half a day and matched it perfectly. Left the site clean too. Scot Dewitz is one of the most professional, honest, detail-oriented, responsive, and kind people in the roofing business. He handled a leaking roof for us at our old property and was honest, didn't try to sell us a whole new roof and just repaired what needed to be repaired. He also did a full inspection of our brand-new construction home and found things that were below standard or not up to current state roofing code. His reporting was so thorough that it allowed us to go back to our builder and insist they fix the issues, saving us so much hassle and money down the road caused by roof problems. We will always use Scot and Gerard Roofing for any roofing needs. In fact, before calling insurance, we'll call Scot to make sure we have someone in our corner fighting to make sure we get what we deserve!

Scot came out to my house after having some water leaking into my living room from the ceiling. He found a couple of issues with my roof in no time. He was able to get them repaired and I have not had any similar issues since. I would use their service again if I needed it.

Scot has taken care of the roof on both my home and office building. I recently had high wind damage due to the last hurricane that came through on a box gutter at the office. Scot and another gentleman came out as soon as it was safe for them to secure the damage. They then did a complete repair and re-sealing of the box gutter. Scot, Garrett and their employees are professional from start to finish. We called Gerard once we saw a water stain on our child's bedroom ceiling because we instantly worried if we had a leak. Scot came over promptly and did an inspection. He found that we had a ridge vent that wasn't properly secured, sealed it at a very reasonable price and explained what all he saw on his inspection very thoroughly. He sent us a link for the inspection to have on file for the future in case an unforeseen weather event may come around showing that our roof was in good order as of that date. We were so impressed with the promptness, the professionalism and the true passion that was shown. Will only refer and call Gerard going forward!

Scot, one of the owners came out to do an inspection on the roof of my house shortly after I purchased it. He gave me a report afterwards that I will be able to use to show the insurance company the previous condition of the roof if I get storm damage. Very professional and didn’t try to sell me a new roof because he knew I didn’t need one yet.
