The crew came and did a fantastic job on our gutters. They replaced the old gutters with covered gutters and we now don’t have any issues with our gutters getting clogged with leaves. They left the house clean after they finished. Highly recommended!

I called Rhino Roofing to help track down a nuisance leak in my roof around a chimney.  Other roofing companies had attempted to find the leak, but were more concerned with replacing the entire roof instead of addressing the problem area.   Rhino came out and identified the most likely culprits and corrected the problem without proposing unnecessary work. Chase took the time to listen to the history of the leak and was able to diagnose a proper solution. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, price and repair of my roof.

Matt at Rhino roofing goes out of his way to make sure a customer is happy. I had my roof replaced by Rhino Roofing of GA in June 2024. Several months later, a small gutter pipe fell off. I called Matt and explained the situation. He didn’t hesitate to send a crew out to reattach it at no charge. That’s great customer service.

I have used this company on two different occasions, and both experiences were excellent. The first was to add gutter guards to my entire house. Matt and his team were highly professional throughout the process, from getting the estimate to cleaning up after they were done. The second time, they completed a repair and added a downspout. Again, I couldn't be happier.

When we needed a roof repair in Marietta Georgia, we googled and asked around, but unlike other Marietta roofing companies, Rhino Restoration was prompt to respond, very professional but also friendly. The rep really knew his stuff! We were super impressed that not only did he take photos of the roof for inspection, but he also used a drone. He was able to tell us that the roof is much older than the company that sold it to us said. Thanks to him we have accurate information and a patched roof! If we get the entire roof replaced, the only roofers in Marietta we would use would be Rhino Restoration for sure.

We had a roof/skylight leak and called Rhino for an estimate along with several others. Chase Waldroup came out and gave a full assessment of the situation. He explained the repairs needed, our options, and answered all mine and my husband's questions. The work was scheduled quickly before the snow recently came and it was completed in less time than expected. Chase also answered the phone when I did call with question. We are very happy with the repairs and new skylight.

The entire job was done in one day, and they did a great job cleaning up. Nothing was messed up in the process and all the old nails were cleaned.

They only use high quality shingles and there were plenty of options. Chase also did a great job of helping pick color and style.

We had a wonderful experience working with Rhino for our new roof. We had multiple small leaks and, at first, it was hard to discern exactly what the issue was. Chase came out multiple times over several months and was patient and extremely knowledgeable. We had just done a ton of interior renovations so our budget was tight. They delivered an extremely fair quote and worked diligently with us to make sure we were comfortable with what needed to be done to save our home from more damage. Chase was responsive, professional, and knows the business and products so well. During the replacement he kept us informed with each step to make sure we understood the work that was being done. The team who came out to do the work was friendly and respectful of our home. They worked efficiently and cleaned up very well after the work was done. I can’t recommend Rhino enough! We still have more exterior work to be done and I plan to work with them again.

A recent storm dropped a tree on my neighbor's roof and the contractors they hired to remove the tree ended up making a hole on ours (long story). I called Rhino Restoration that same day and within 24 hours Chase and Matt were at my house inspecting the damage. I got a quote soon after. I told them I was concerned it was going to rain in a few days, but they turned it around quickly and had someone complete the repairs the following morning. I'm glad I decided to work with them.

I’m so thankful and pleased with my new roof! Chase Waldroup worked tirelessly with my difficult insurance to get it approved. I’ve had other companies tried to get a new roof approved by my insurance to no avail.
Rhino’s line of work impressed me from the minute I talked to Chase about it. The initial evaluation was done in a freezing morning and Chase took several pictures of the roof with a drone. The pictures and videos were accurate and clear. When the insurance adjuster came, Chase was present for their evaluation. The adjuster changed the time at the last minute , but Chase was flexible to be there as well. When the insurance denied the claim , Chase and Matt didn’t give up (like I almost did) in getting the claim approved. It took nearly 4 months and these guys stood out for me to get my new roof!
Chase followed up and explained every detail to me and gave me piece of mind during the whole process. The day of installation, they were on time, put up protection throughout the outside of the house and when they were done, there was no trace of any debris. Chase stayed on site with the crew from 6:15 am until they were finished in the evening! Chase even filed for a supplemental claim to repair the ceiling paint due to water damage and my insurance approved as well. I strongly recommend Rhino and cannot thank them enough!

Tyler came by to take a look with a drone where they identified some initial spots before they climbed up for a closer look. The team provided a comprehensive report and worked fantastically with my insurance to get everything that was needed for the claim. When it came to the replacement work, the crew got the entire job done in half a day. They put down covers along the side of my house to gather all nails and debris. Even after we found some nails that got stuck against our screened in porch, Matt and Tyler made sure it was cleaned up without any issue. Their crew has taken good care of us and others in our neighborhood. They should be anyone's top choice for roof repair and replacement.

Rhino Restoration was an absolute pleasure to work with. Matt the owner has built himself an amazing team to get the job done. Chase did an amazing job gathering the aerial photos to provide great footage to the insurance company. Matt did a superb job getting all of the data and filing with my insurance company. Matt, Chase, and Tyler showed up on site while the adjuster was inspecting to answer all questions.

When it came time to replace the roof, Matt, Chase and Tyler were onsite all day while the work was done. They put net protection against the house to protect the structure and made sure the site was clean upon completion.

After completion they walked the house with you and made sure you were 100% satisfied.

The Rhino crew was great to work with! The owner and salesperson are on site the day of installation and they also were willing to meet our insurance adjuster on a holiday. Their “Catch All” nets aren’t just an eye catcher - I literally had no debris in my yard when they left that evening and my landscaping and decks were protected the entire time! Bonus - they use drone cameras for initial inspection and you get some really cool views of your home!

My wife and I had a phenomenal experience with Rhino roofing. We needed a new roof and all gutters replaced after a bad hail storm. Matt, the owner, personally oversaw the project and was extremely attentive to every detail. His crew was on time and they took great care to shield our house with an elaborate netting system to avoid damage to the siding and shrubs during the roof removal process. Their clean up was detailed and the finished roof looks better than we imagined. I highly recommend Matt and Rhino roofing.

Matt and his team were indeed a breeze to work with. When we returned home after a storm, we found a shingle on the ground and started to get quotes for a replacement. We knew going into the process that working with insurance would be the most difficult. Matt and his team captured the state of the roof with high-definition drone photos, and I uploaded those to my claim. When the adjuster eventually came out, Matt made himself available and brought the team to assist the adjuster as well as answer any questions they had. This worked out as our roof was in rough shape, causing the adjuster to fall off the roof nearly. Matt provided my adjuster with some padding and on-demand drone photos, which eventually sealed the deal on my claim.

Matt was on site with his team for the entire replacement, which they managed to complete in one day, and everything went to plan. While I hope I don't have a need for any Rhino services in the near future (1 claim a year is more than enough), I won't hesitate to use their services again. I recommend Matt and his team for anything and everything roofing+ and insurance-related. No matter what level of experience you have with either, Matt has enough knowledge to keep your mind at ease throughout the process.
