We experienced wind damage at our home in Vinings, GA earlier this month, March 2025 and reached out to Georgia Home Roofing. They were the only company of three who prepared to address metal facia repair, replacement options for residential jobs.

I spoke directly with their owner who confirmed their ability to correct the facia issues on our roof! Not only did a member of their team confirm a prompt quote the same day as the inspection, he identified two other areas (3 in total) impacted by the storm and the corrective action with individual pricing for each.

The work was scheduled after a 26% deposit and completed on the day promised, less than a week after acceptance of the formal quote.

Upon replacement of the aluminum facia and the other two areas, i.e. replace chimney pan with a custom fit chimney pan and repair and seal HVAC stack, the repair teams noticed two other stacks needing repair. At that time, the team took the initiative to repair the other two areas while on the roof and at their expense.

We are very pleased with the work done by all members of the Georgia Home Roofing Company team including Brant Smith and Chad Smith, Ty, etc.

I am updating my review to ensure people are aware of the great job they did on my roof. They provided pictures and sent very detailed quotes. The team member that showed up was timely and professional.

A tree pierce my roof, causing leaks, and I reached out to Georgia Home Roofing for repairs. They provided me with a quote that included removing and replacing decking as needed. I would suggest that anyone getting repairs done to ensure that materials quoted are materials installed or ensure to ask for a price adjustment.

I did end up having a small issue, but it was addressed with sincerity, enthusiasm, and resolve.

I would recommend this company.

As the warm weather is coming please make sure you offer water or cold beverages to those providing outdoor services to your home.

Kyle did a great job making sure work is done right and very accormmodating with my questions and request. Brandon also did excellent job by providing clear photos of critical areas of the roof that needed attention that's why they got my business.

We had our roof redone with GHR, and the experience went really well! After fielding 5 quotes, we decided to work with them (in part due to the time Brandon spent thoroughly explaining the process and products.) Kyle was our project manager on the day of, and the crew of three who demoed and put on the roof were so pleasant! Were there hiccups? Of course! Any project of this size comes with that. But, I really appreciated that they showed up, and fixed things even after we paid the invoice.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Georgia Home Roofing led by owner Kevin. After reaching out multiple times, Kevin was always available to address my questions.

He then sent out a knowledgeable and professional salesman, Mr. Brandon Smith, who provided thorough answers to both my wife's and my questions. After showed me the areas on my roof that needed attention with the aid of his drone, neither one of us had to go up on the roof, very professional. At that time We felt confident enough to sign the contract.

The timeline was impressive: materials arrived as promised the following Tuesday, and the crew arrived promptly at 7:00 a.m. the next day, despite the chilly 25° weather.
They took great care in securing our property, laying tarps to protect my wife’s treasured figurines and garden.

The project manager,
Mr. Kyle, was excellent. He guided us through the process, showing us drone footage of the work in real-time. This allowed us to see each stage without needing to climb onto the roof ourselves.

By 3:00 p.m., the crew had not only finished the roofing but also cleaned up all surrounding areas. Both my wife and I were extremely satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism of the team.

I'm building a small bungalow in my backyard. I did the foundation and the exterior walls but, as an older guy, didn't want to tackle putting a roof on the thing.
