I had Travis and his team look at my roof after the last big hail storm. I had multiple roofers look at it, but the Generation Roofing guys were the most professional. I didn’t really care what it costs since I’m paying the same deductible with whomever I choose. I cared most about being treated like an important customer by a company that was local, professional, and knowledgeable. So many guys didn’t talk about options, choices in ratings, and their certifications. Travis did all that plus showed me samples for gutter colors. Overall, it was a painless experience. Nobody was nearly as professional as Travis.

I would give more stars if I could! They were professional, kind and efficient. They also cleaned up all the nails etc with an oversized magnet machine type thing. This was so nice, especially because we have littles! They also covered my neighbors patio furniture. They got the job done and had great communication, which is a huge plus for me. There are many roofing companies to choose from, but I can assure you you won’t regret choosing this one. 100%

Generation Roofing got me taken care of after a brutal hail storm damaged my property.
After a totaled roof, a large amount of damage to my gutters and fence, Generation worked with my insurance company and got everything repaired. New colors look good too!

Great experience - had a few shingles come off a ridge, and rain was forecast for the next day. Their team turned it around quickly and got new shingles up so we could avoid damage from the downpour. Fast moving and they did a quality job!

We live in Arlington and was fortunate to find this contractor. From the inspection of our roof to the clean up of the job these gentlemen were professional. They communicated well and took pictures of the before and after roof work. We needed interior work done too and the details of the job was dynamic.

Generation Roofing did a commercial job for me for one of my sub contractors on a Kroger store roof. His price was good, his response was excellent and his craftsmanship was very good! He made the TPO installation a breeze. I have also been with him on residential jobs, and he followed through with everything he said he would do. I would recommend this company as a five star rating due to the experience and diligent mindset this crew has.

We had an extremely pleasant experience doing business with Generation Roofing. When we called to get inquiries, the owner Travis was able to come check out our roof the very same day!! He is very knowledgeable and extremely compassionate. After speaking to him, we felt comfortable he had our best interest. His employees are very professional & did an outstanding job on our roof. I was searching for a dependable roofing contractor to replace the roof of my parent's 10 year old house - after having the roof inspected we decided to try out Generation Roofing. Travis gave us pointers through the insurance process and made it painless as possible during the claim as it was our first time.

For our initial sit-down he went into great detail for each step of the roof replacement and what is to be expected - Travis did a wonderful job of addressing any concern we had and put us at ease and did a great deal of fixing other structure damage including the gutters, windows and fence.

On the day of the job I was greeted by the workers and they worked diligently to get it done - it rained the same night and I did a check around the house and there were no leaks = no complaints.

Overall my impression of them is that they are extremely professional and genuinely nice - I would definitely call Generation Roofing again if I have any issues in the future!
