I contacted several contractors for price estimates. I live out of state, so i needed someone I felt I could trust. Casey responded promptly. He was not only very courteous and respectful, he was clearly knowledgeable. He communicated with me at every level regarding the repair and timing. And the price was very reasonable. I will be contacting him in the future for other repairs as they are needed. I found Casey to be completely trustworthy and honest. It was a blessing and a pleasure to speak and do business with him. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and General Roofing to anyone.

Mr. Casey George was a pleasure to work with. Gave me a fair quote to replace a few missing shingles from wind storm and replaced a rooten corner fascia. Showed up on time following day. Took his crew only a couple of hours to complete both jobs. Even color matched the paint on the fascia. See photo. Strongly recommend him and will be having him do some dry wall repairs as well.

Casey called me within five minutes of a request on Angie’s list and was at my home doing an estimate within 30 minutes. If you need roof repair, look no further! Our skylight blew off during heavy storms and our master bathroom was completely flooded in minutes. Not to mention this happened at 4:00a.m. In the morning! My wife found General Roofing and spoke with Casey. He was at our house in less than an hour, had our skylight back on and secured properly all within a little over an hour from the time that we called him! We needed a last minute repair just before a holiday weekend. General Roofing came out and did a great job for a very reasonable price. We were very pleased with the work and highly recommended them.

In response to my inquiry regarding an unused satellite dish hanging precariously from my roof, Casey from General Roofing came out to assess the situation. This was on New Year’s Eve, Casey arrived within an hour of my call and informed me that he could make repairs the following day.

The next day (New Year's Day), Casey discovered that the satellite dish had not been properly removed and re-installed seven years prior, causing significantly more damage to the roof than anticipated. He promptly rectified the damage and replaced the roof, rectifying the mistakes made by the previous roofing contractor.
