I had an amazing experience with my roofer! I texted him on a Saturday night at 9 PM about some roof damage, and he promptly replied, promising to be on-site between 8-9 AM on Monday. True to his word, he and his crew arrived at 8 AM sharp. After a quick internal walkthrough, he was on the roof by 8:25.

He sent me images of the external damage, and we agreed on the job. I also requested quotes for gutter cleaning, gutter guard installation (which I had been meaning to do for a while), removal and plugging of the DirecTV dish from the previous owner, and fixing the flashing around the chimney. They even repaired the fascia board where birds had recently nested.

The team worked efficiently and completed everything by 10 AM. I am extremely satisfied with their promptness, professionalism, and quality of work. Highly recommend!
