due to health reasons, i can't personally inspect our residence. nevertheless, my wife tells me that the team did a fantastic job replacing the 'hold down' screws on our metal roofing. i'm aware that we're now noticing leaks around the chimney flashing, which might call for another contractor to fix. i'm not claiming that this leak issue was caused by the team working on the roof. it's just that the leak was noticed soon after they completed the screw replacement job. i'm not suggesting that the leak is entirely their fault, as our roof is 4 years old. however, i wish someone had mentioned that this leak could potentially occur due to the movement on the metal roof. on a positive note, my wife, carol, confirms that the team did an excellent job fixing the loose screws problem. our friend and contractor for plumbing/heating problems, now known as edward, vouches for the roofing team's competency. therefore, we trust ruben's word that the leak issues were not expected. i appreciate your understanding of my concerns.
