The owner is a very nice guy, he was extremely professional and does the job right. I’m actually going to try to get them to do some more work on my property later in the year, glad to see good and honest contractors still exist

Luke is very professional with his work. He is very responsive and respectful I couldn't have been happy with my choice on whom I chose to do work on my house. He is always on time and never late. The work him and his crew did was awesome and looks amazing it has made my house look 100× better then it previously did his helper Damian is very nice as well both are very up front and honest people and very good at what they do. They are willing to answer any questions and address anything that is of concern. I will definitely countinue to go through Luke and his company Gem exteriors for all my exterior needs from this point on.

GEM Exteriors came in and corrected bad Gutter and Soffit work from a previous installer. They were on time, very clean and courteous. The quality of work was outstanding! It's very rare to have a contractor complete a job in such a professional manner these days. A great overall experience.

I moved to Central MI from CA to help my Dad out w medical stuff and upgrading some neglected areas of his home. We had several companies and individuals come out to assess and quote gutter replacement (among other projects). And, well…
Luke was a breath of fresh air with his straightforward honesty, willingness to listen, and patience & flexibility w my Dad’s medical schedule (we had to postpone the project last minute.)
Throughout the process, Luke was understanding, responsive, and very professional while still being super cool.
All of his kindness did not overshadow the absolutely incredible and professional installation while listening to concerns we had - all of which were easily answered. The house not only looks awesome, but the last rain we had proved that Luke and his crew’s advice and experience held up beyond our expectations. Oh and they are pretty fast too.
We look forward to working w Luke & his trustworthy crew in Spring for our siding. Honestly, we aren’t even going to entertain any other quotes. Luke is our guy.
