Ken Gelinas is not only a craftsman, he is the type of guy that when he
is working on your house you wish he would purchase the house next door.
He is a sincere, community minded person, who has worked on nearly every
house in my neighborhood.

Once Ken started on our house, we were so enamored by the uplift the
house was receiving, we asked him if he could expand the original scope
of the contract (which was to side our entire house) by also replacing
the outside doors and all of our windows. The whole house looks
wonderful.

Recently we were without electricity for 8 days due to the December 2008
ice storm that hit New Hampshire. We managed to stay in our house the entire time with just a
kerosene heater for warmth due to the additional insulation Ken installs
underneath the vinyl siding, and the new Harvey windows and doors.
Wonderful man, wonderful work!”
