I contacted Geerts initially thru an ad that showed up on my phone after doing a little research and seeing that they had many 5 star reviews. I am happy with the service I received despite a few hiccups in getting an appointment set up. A couple things that could have been improved would be along the lines of communication. They did apologize and said they had some issues with the system. The office set the appointment for between 8-830 and told me an advance call would be made to let me know when they were on the way. I did not receive any call until after 9 am so that was a bit annoying. However, the technician was very respectful and polite and gave me a flyer about their MVP maintenance plan for HVAC system and while he was working I called the office and got my questions answered and was able to sign up for this service. The tech was neat and clean and wore booties on the carpet. I got some advice for future cleaning service that is needed that I could not do that day but will keep in mind. The switch was left off on the furnace so the AC did not come back on which gave me a bit of a panic later in the day but I checked this first and all is well. All in all , good service at a good value but a few hiccups.

Geerts was able to diagnose and repair our issue. The tech was very helpful and freely answered questions regarding to the issue and how to repair our well problem. Cost in our opinion was average to slightly above average.

Geerts Plumbing personnel are always very accommodating, professional and courteous. This time was able to find three different issues with heat in a relatively short time along with some suggestions. Am always very happy with their service and will continue to use them.

Of course the plugged pipe happened on a Saturday. I called their after hour service. Very satisfied. Dwight was really nice, and took care of the clog. 5 stars for him!

Thanks Dwight for getting our boiler up and running, was quick to come out on a late night call and get us water. After working through some never before seen issues we are up and running. Dwight has great customer service and is always willing to answer any questions!

Furnace quit working overnight and woke up to 62 degrees in the morning! Called Geerts about service, since they installed the system years ago, and they were out about an hour later. Dwight looked over the system and tore right into diagnosing the problem. it was a tricky problem to find but that Dwight has impressive knowledge and instinct on troubleshooting. I was really impressed with his expertise, patience, and dialog about what was going on. Thoroughly satisfied with the overall experience! Very professional to work with and Dwight is very respectful and courteous to the customer!!! Thank you!

Dwight and Derek were very personable and professional. We explained our situation showed them where things were at as we had to leave. An hour later they called my cell and told me what they had to do, and things were good to go. Kudos to Dwight, Tony and DJ for the top notch service this past week to get a replacement furnace installed in our home. They took special care getting the equipment moved in and out and were very informative and courteous.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable technicians. My heating went out and they were out here the very next day. The technician was able to figure out the problem very quickly and, when it turned out I couldn't afford the replacement part until next payday, had figured out a temporary bandaid solution to let my house have heat until then. Will happily bring them my business in the future.

Dwight was on call this weekend when I had no hot water. He was thorough and was able to fix the problem!

Do I know how to fix a toilet? Yes I do. But when a restroom at my business is out of order i dont have time to deal with it. One call to Dwight at Geerts Plumbing and Heating and we avoided disaster. Fast professional service. When shit is about to hit the fan call Geerts Plumbing and Heating for 5 star service!

We had not forced air heat on our main floor. We did have a fire going and in floor heat in the basement. DJ from Geerts was able to come out within hours to get us back up and running. Great service all around.

With this cold weather bringing so many challenges, we found ourselves in our own predicament. Coming home to the pipes in our well frozen, that led to a pipe bursting. We called on Geert’s plumbing and heating to help. Want to thank Dwight for his help in getting our water line replaced and working again. Dwight is very professional, called before he came out, discussed the options before the work was started, kept me updated on any changes and cleaned up everything when he was done. He even worked after hours to get the job done. Dwight also checked in the next day to make sure there were no leaks and everything was working as it should. I recommend Dwight to anyone needing work done. Great job!!

DJ was amazing to work with. He was professional, timely, attentive and answered all of my questions. He set me up with an annual maintenance agreement so I have peace of mind with the current frigid temperatures and heading into hopefully a hot summer. Geertz is always responsive and the employees are great! Top notch service and delivery…always!

I noticed late this morning my house was getting really cold. I called and they had someone here right away this afternoon! Dwight took his time to explain to me what he found and got it in working order. He answered my questions and provided options on things I’m considering in the future! Our furnace was not working right and when we called Geerts Plumbing and Heating there was someone at our in less than 1 hour. Dwight called to let us know he was on his way. He looked over our furnace and it seemed to be working okay. We let it run for awhile and then he came back to follow up. Dwight was able to have our furnace working by the time he left.

We have had Geerts Plumbing and Heating for many projects. On our latest project, a bathroom remodel, Justin did an outstanding job with the installation of our new shower, cabinet, and counter top. Experience is great. They have helped us with everything in our house since we built it in 1998. They also help us with any problems outside with our farm. Don’t know what we do without them.

We've had Geerts' to our home countless times for various reasons. Furnace, a/c, plumbing, and septic system. Most recent, our water pressure tank was leaking from the valve, Justin stopped in and replaced the leaking valves and now we're back in business. Geerts' employees are always professional, friendly, clean up after themselves and happy to get the job done no matter how bad it can be.

Had an immediate laundry room plumbing need and they got DJ to the house within two hours - he had to finish up another call first. He was professional , courteous and most of all very good at his job - had my problem resolved in short order - could not have asked for anyone better.
