José is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced general contractors in the DMV! He communicates effectively with you from the estimate through the completion of the project. José's crew was phenomenal! The work they did was impeccable, they were efficient friendly and professional. There was a horrific mishap with me purchasing the materials for the flooring job myself; when the crew arrived I had the wrong type of flooring! Eric, one of the contractors loaded his truck up and took me to return all the materials at Home Depot. Meanwhile, José had the other contractors begin removing the carpet and he bought all the correct new materials and delivered them straight to my home even though he was an hour away and headed to another job! Not only did he ensure that the job still got completed today, despite the materials debacle, the quality of the materials he selected was of MUCH better quality and the work his crew did was top tier! Seamless transitions from floor to carpeted steps as well as to the kitchen and bathroom which already had a different vinyl laid. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for flooring job and anything else! I will certainly be using José for any home improvement needs in the future. The carpet pictures are the before pics, the luxury plank vinyl flooring completely transformed my home!
