Contacted Gator Roofing yesterday about a small roof ventilation job on a recently purchased home. I was scheduled an inspection next day! Carlos arrived on time and was able to fit the job in same day! At a very fair price! Customer service and professionalism A++. Highly recommend.

Hi I have done our roof remodel with Gator Roofing and the job was done right. I had to do it remotely as I live in California. Gator was very transparent, shared with me a lot of pictures during the installation and price was fair. Essentially they preformed installation of all new plywood and Bitumin roofing materials. Job is done right and good customer service overall.

Repaired my roof after a tree fell on it. They were very knowledgeable and the repair looks great. They were especially good at matching my trim pieces with existing.

Great customer service! Called them for a roof replacement. I got a quote on Monday and the roof was done by Friday. Pricing was very fair and the work was excellent. Saturday, February 15, we had had steady rain all day and still late that night when I noticed 2 leaks happening in the kitchen eating area and I was thankful the rain was over on Sunday morning. The following week I contacted Gator Roofing and spoke to Jairo who sent Carlos out the same day. Carlos did a very thorough, step by step inspection of the roof and attic and took many pictures. He explained what had caused the 2 leaks and where several more vulnerabilities were on the roof. Carlos explained the problem being “nail damage” and showed me photos and video of the roof. This “nail damage” is as simple as the nail and/or “nail HEAD” not entering straight down in shingle and nail “head” left bent and pounded off to the side. When a nail does not enter straight it can become a HUGE and COSTLY mistake on a roofing job. After insurance company came out I had Carlos back out to caulk/mitigate those vulnerable areas. This previous contractor’s work was done in 2010 and came with excellent references but, 14.5 years later this is not what I expected from their work at all.

Over the following weeks I scheduled visits with 3 separate contractors and one visit included the insurance adjuster. On that visit, I asked the contractor, “ WHY” do the shingles on the rear side of my house look to be deteriorating and aging faster. The contractor inspected and told the installation of 2010 was the shingles installed on the front side of house were done to “CODE” with a 6-inch overlay (overlap) shingle to shingle. However, the shingles on the rear side of house showed a 3-inch overlay (overlap) and not done to “CODE” shingle to shingle. Now, I understand why the rear side of roof deteriorated and aged much faster and, too, the rear side was where I had the 2 leaks.

Gator Roofing team replaced my siding and my roof, they’re amazing, Mr Hernandez is a great person to deal with, he is so knowledgeable.

My experience with the team from Gator Roofing was excellent. The ridge vent of my house and the roof of my shed were both damaged in a wind storm over the summer. Within 24 hours of calling to schedule an inspection and quote for repairs, Jairo met me at the house to take a look.

I cannot overemphasize how friendly and helpful Jairo was throughout the entire process. He was quick to get on the roof, quick to answer questions, and happy & smiling the entire time. He very clearly takes great pride and joy in the work he does, which is always nice to see.

The estimate I received from Gator was very competitive, as I shopped around to get numbers from 4 different roofing companies. I ended up going back to my insurance to see what they would cover... And ultimately selected a contractor my adjustor recommended to make repairs, instead of pursuing a full roof replacement from one of my original quotes.

So while I didn't end up moving forward with Gator for this particular project, I would definitely consider them again, and would recommend my friends & family do the same.
