John went above and beyond on our project. We needed a new roof ASAP. John made sure to meet with the insurance adjuster and explained every step of the process. The roof looks amazing. I can't say enough good things about John and Gateway.

Our son recommended Gateway General Contractors for some roof damage after the March storm. He had used them for his roof and said they went above and beyond what he expected. Thomas Robbins came over and inspected the roof and found damage. Gateway came out when the insurance inspector came and even though they found damage they did not honor the claim. Thomas requested a second evaluation and came out to talk to the Insurance agent, we got a full replacement on our roof.
The level of service was far beyond my expectations, you just don't find that too much nowadays. I would not hesitate to hire this company for any project, so if you are looking, look no further, you will not be dissapointed.

I hired this company to repair my home after the recent hailstorm. Thomas and Patrick were fantastic to work with. Professional, responsive, and dedicated. Thomas showed up the very next day after the storm to kick off the process. They consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything was handled properly. Turns out there was shingle damage from an old storm we didn’t know about. They explained how we could file with our insurance and handled the communication from there.

Got my roof fast . How ever if you are looking for follow up don't go with them ..I have texted them multiple times they have come out multiple times.to take photos to submit to insurance . Said they would send us the photos to never received. I was also told th dish on the roof would be removed it was not . When I followed up I was told I would hear back and have not . I now have a cord hanging from the house because when the took it and reinstalled when asked not the pulled of from the siding and broke siding.

My biggest complaint is empty promises told insurance will cover thing and then told they won't after we went with certain colors to make the house pop. Now I have a house with black gutters and ugly siding

We are now past the cut off from insurance and they will not cover anything because they never received photos
I recommend them to a family member and they try to just sell over the phone and then no showed them . They went to another company and got a roof for their parents and then . Lost 2 sales from it

They were super responsive and communicated with me through the whole process. They did such a great job on my house all of my neighbors chose gateway as well. The homes on our street look awesome. Thomas Robbins and Gateway General Contractors did my roof and my daughter's roof. They did an EXCELLENT job on each. They helped us work with our insurance. Everyone was very knowledgeable, and the roofers worked very hard. They did a great job on both of our roofs, and also a great job of clean up. I highly recommend them.

Tom was very helpful with submitting a claim for our roof replacement to the insurance company. He came back the next day to meet with the adjuster. Once approved the work was started within 2-weeks. The workers that did the work were professional, courteous and very fast. By late afternoon the job was completed. They went over the yard and driveway several times to assure all nails and debris was cleaned up. A couple of days after roof was completed the new gutters were installed. Those workers was also excellent to work with.

I would not recommend using this company. Had Jake “the goat” () Coslet come out to our house March 19, 2024 to look at our roof, gutters, and downspouts to get it replaced after the really bad hail storm we got hit with in the beginning of March. Was great in the beginning and was fast but after getting on the roof and getting their sign out in our yard all communication stopped. We never heard back from Jake or anyone from the business. We wanted to get the roof done before we had our child in August and nothing ever happened. We ended up going with a different company, after months of no communication from Gateway, who got it done and replaced within a week of them coming out after our child was born and home. They didn’t tell us we had a huge hole in the roof and had extensive water damage done to the house because they failed to tell us we needed to tarp it off until the new roof gets put on. Seems like the contractors and the company are only in it to make a quick buck and be able to buy the next newest BMW or sports car…

I had my roof and gutters replaced last year after some hail storms rolled through by Gateway General Contractors. It was a referral from one of my co workers so I gave them a call. **** was my first contact and he came out to inspect my roof. That was the most I had to do because **** and the people at Gateway took care of everything. From start to finish they were communicative, professional, quick and clean. **** suggested a shingle and gutter color that I eventually went with and it really made my house look brand new.
