They were efficient and did a nice job on limiting the amount of demo work thus the amount of work needed to rebuild the bathroom and workroom

Anthony and Jacob have done two bathrooms for us. The first one turned out so great we asked to come back to renovate our primary bath. We had a vision and they took it and ran with it.
Renovations can be stressful but they are always talking things through and helping to come up with ideas and solutions along the way.
Simply. The. Best.

These guys are amazing! They go above and beyond. The attention to detail is phenomenal and the quality of work is the best I’ve seen. They sent a very detailed and reasonably priced estimate and then worked with my schedule to get the best time to come do the work as soon as possible. They completely refinished my basement in just over two weeks. I will utilize them again for future work.

After ground water damaged my basement, the Gateway Construction LLC professionals did an amazing job removing and restoring the damaged
plaster board, studs, and flooring materials. I'm grateful and thankful that they were recommended to me.

Hard working team that came on time and finished on time. They explained what they were doing at each stage of their work and were very nice to deal with. The quality of their work is excellent and even though the job was very dusty they minimized its impact on the rest of our house and they cleaned up very well when finished. I have other work on my house that will start next year and I have already agreed a price and time for Gateway to come back and do this work. One of the best contractors I have ever worked with. Alan and his crew deconstructed my basement. They completed the job in one day! Accomplished all required tasks for the next stage of waterproofing the basement. Highly recommend!

A- they were GREAT. The minus is bc they didn’t put a tarp down as promised on floor upstairs (but I didn’t remind them either!). Quick, timely, efficient and left no mess. Will def use again. They also adjusted their schedule for me so that my job was done sooner than originally scheduled. Oh, and polite and friendly.

Alan and Anthony did a terrific job. I highly recommend them. Diligent, hard working, very knowledgeable, and friendly. They did a full tear out and reinstall of two bathrooms. Also, redoing four rooms of drop ceiling. During the process we had great conversations on how to proceed, and they provided great advice on what we should do. Including products to buy so they could install for us. All around great experience!

We’ve used Gateway twice now—once to lay new flooring and another time to do some drywall and door work and both times our expectations were far exceeded. They show up, they do great work and they are extremely professional in doing so. We are already planning for our next project and can’t wait to work with them again.

Just recently had a hot water tank put in. The guys came in and did a great job. They came in respected the house were very clean and tidy, and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them for other jobs, and we will keep them on list as we have further projects planned.
