We had "The Honest plumbers " come out a couple months ago to snake our sewer. Dave told us snaking wasn't enough and that we needed to hydrojet . He used the cheapest hydrojet machine and hooked up to our city water to do it. There was barely any pressure to properly do the hydrojet which they charged us 1k for 10 minutes of hydrojetting!! A few weeks later we had another backup. They snaked it again but refused to hydrojet again . They wouldn't honor their warranty due to an "offset" in the pipe. How convenient! They told us we would need to spend $5-7k to dig out and repair the main sewer! WE GOT A SECOND OPINION and discovered THEY LIED TO US. Offsets are very common in most homes apparently. Dave and his company are DISHONEST or highly INCOMPETANT at best. We feel we got scammed. Please people don't use this company, save your hard earned money. Read the other review from 5 months ago. They told that lady almost exactly the same thing they told us. We will report to BBB. Can't believe we let these people in our home only to get ripped off and lied to. Shame on you guys.

He even offered to stay extra and test out the sink to be sure that it was working for the next 15 minutes. They’re a local company and don’t have dozens of technicians but because of that, you really do get caring and friendly service.

I gave two stars for successfully snaking my upstairs bathroom sink. A month later, I called them because I had a backup in my basement where Dave suggested I hydrojet the line as opposed to snaking because I have “so many different problems with the line but cannot not guarantee it will stay clear”. Camera assessed the culprit was the clog (he mentioned tree roots), the house trap needs to be dig out and removed, and the pitch on the clean out/line would need to be dug up/redone completely but assured me the $1330 hydrojet would “really help” and a portion of the service would go towards the cost of the much larger repair. They ended up removing the toilet in the basement to address the clog and did not reseal it to the ground before they left. Grease mess had splashed up on the wall near the clean out and covered 200sqft of the floor by the time they left so we had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies and spend a lot of time removing the muck that had been smeared all over. The tech they brought in to do the hydrojetting confirmed what I believed to be true when he went to camera: that tree roots in the line did not cause the backup. Two and a half weeks later the basement backed up again and when my husband and I reached out to Honest Plumbers there was no response. I was able to connect with Dave because I was given a separate contact card I sourced as a last resort but was only provided with more high pressure sales tactics to perform the $8k repair. I was told coming out to snake at that point would be an additional charge…after just spending $1500 over the course of a month with the company. I hired another plumber who snaked the line upon suggestion, quoted thousands less to dig, and offered to assist us with going thru insurance when the time comes. I realize I took a risk by having the service done without a guarantee but expected better customer service throughout the process.

Dave and Connor arrived on time, were caring, listened and knowledgeable. Prices were VERY REASONABLE. I will tell everybody I know if they need a plumber, they are the ONLY ones to call. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Appreciate you.

These guys were in and out. Called yesterday to make an appointment and got one for the next day. Their work van broke down and they still made the appointment in their personal vehicle! Best my tub has drained since I’ve moved into my house! Fair prices. If I need an other plumbing needs, these are the guys I will definitely use!
