Gates probably does not need my endorsement, but I will offer it anyway. He ranks the highest score in people skills, politeness, explaining the work, honesty in pricing, and knowing how to fix all kinds of various problems a home will have: HVAC, roofing, bathroom plumbing, foundation, drywall, ornamentation for curb appeal, etc. After 11 years of calling on him for a larger, older home, he has worked miracles every time.
