Marlon and his crew came out to my house and knocked my whole roof out in 5 days. It's hard enough trying to get Roofing Companies to call you back these days, but Marlon was very responsive, courteous, and explained everything to me. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone purchasing a new roof, I found their prices to be very fair and reasonable.

Had my park model roof replaced a year or so ago. Due to some miscommunication some work was missed and we had a leak this fall. Marlon was right on top of getting this fixed and went out of his way to make things right for us. Very professional. I highly recommend dealing with this honest man.

We are trying to sell our home and during inspection we discovered that our roof was near the end of it's lifetime. After getting a few quotes we decided to go with Gastelum and Sons. Marlon was extremely professional, responded right away and kept his work on the set date for the roof. I was a bit nervous about having a big project like this done, being that we're currently out of state, but Marlon kept me updated and would send us pictures of what was done at the time. Something that could've been a headache was done with ease, which I'm very grateful for. I highly recommend!

Rood replacement: Very reasonable pricing! They were efficient about getting the job done. We had a small break of a sprinkler when something fell off the roof. I didn't even have to ask for the fix. I was told about the situation, and there was already an arrangement to have someone come and fix it. It is now good as new! Due to their honesty and determination, I fully recommend this business!

5 stars are not enough, I would give them 10 stars if possible. Found them on Thumbtack app after getting the run around from multiple roofers I contacted via HomeAdvisor. They were fantastic to work with on my somewhat challenging issues. Quick to respond, professional, attentive to the smallest detail. Incredible customer service. Reviewed every part of the process with me and were up front about all costs. Updated me at least twice a day with the details and progress photos. Completely removed 3 layers of shingles and all the underlaying wood that was damaged by water and termites. I had a new roof in less than a week. Really helped me by pointing out hidden issues at my home that needed to be addressed in the future. Went above and beyond in every aspect. A stand up company, veteran owned. Save yourself the hassle, call them first. I wasted weeks dealing with the companies recommended by HomeAdvisor.

This company, Gastelum & Sons, is one of the finest I have dealt with. They are on time, on schedule, professional, and do an outstanding job. Marlon & his brother Lucio were so helpful with our small roof repair! They were able to come do the work before our house closing deadline, when another company we had lined up canceled on us last minute.
Lucio even went above and beyond by fixing a few dislodged tiles that he found. Highly recommend!

This was the best home improvement experience I have ever had. We are so happy we picked this company to do our new roof. They were amazing and very knowledgeable and professional. They followed thru with everything they said they were going to do plus some extras they threw in for us at no extra cost. They were on time every time, cleaned up any mess prior to leaving for the day and were hard steady workers which showed in the fantastic roof they left us with. I know these guys are a bit new but they sure know their business and care about their customers. The best part was that they beat everyone else’s cost by several hundred dollars. My neighbors watch as our roof was put up in only 3 days and they commented on what a great company we hired. Gastelum and Sons is one of the most exceptional roofing companies in Phoenix right now. I requested roofing services on thumbtack and got a quick response along with a free estimate on the same day. I decided to go with their service because of their professionalism and the quality of their previous work.

Stay away!- this company is a new start up and doesn't follow through on anything. If you have an issue with your roof down the road and they are long gone you are out of luck. Roofs are a huge investment, better to go with an established company you can count on.
