Remodel Experts completed a remodel of our 27-year-old home interior with a new full kitchen, two guest bathrooms, and master bathroom. They also replaced our old porcelain floor tile with LVT flooring. The transformation is beautiful and met our high expectations. The specialists were all excellent, such as countertops, wall and floor tile, painting, plumbing, windows. etc. These guys only use crews that they have worked with for years and everyone displayed a high standard for quality all along the way. Their main foreman is superb. Schedules were met throughout the process. Change orders were minimal and logical. This company knows what it is doing and provided some valuable design suggestions all along the way to help us make decisions that all turned out right for us. These are solid, honest, reliable and trustworthy people that you can talk to throughout the whole process and get a straight answer every time. We are quite happy that Remodel Experts were the team to do our home.

Steven, Larry and their crew were great to work with. Outstanding level of detail and quality of work. Many contractors will not respond to questions and concerns. Remodel Experts keeps you informed during the process. I was very impressed with the finished product.

Remodel Experts did our 70-year-old bathroom remodel. They live up to the company's name and completed the work on the schedule they promised (despite some complications with the 70 year old plumbing) with high quality craftsmanship and integrity. They are fair and honest and their workers in addition to being highly skilled were very courteous and considerate. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Remodel Experts were amazing, they completely re-did our kitchen, primary bathroom, as well as replaced our windows, front door, and flooring throughout the house. They completely remodeled our master bedroom and ensuite. Literally flipped it on-end and took it from the 1990's to a modern-day spa! We are absolutely thrilled with the entire process it took from initial design to final results. Nothing was left unchecked or to chance. Each and every trade was professional, polite, timely, CLEAN and respectful. The pricing was discussed before anything began and the final price had no surprises. We hired Remodel Experts to remodel our shower/garden tub combo into a large his & hers shower with a rainfall shower head in the middle. Owners Larry and Steven

came to our home to see the project, wrote down a description of what we wanted, and made some recommendations. They started the project on time and their workers were fast and efficient in every phase of the job without compromising workmanship. We are so impressed with the final product! It is more beautiful than what we envisioned. We have already had a third-party contractor (the company who is providing the glass for the shower) come in and tell us that whoever did the tile work in the shower did an exceptionally beautiful job. It was such a pleasure to work with Steven and Larry and their crew at Remodel Experts. This was my first adventure in remodeling and these gentlemen made it an enjoyable experience and I LOVE the result. We visited the Home Show in Glendale this pass summer (2021) and was immediately drawn to Remodel Experts. There where several companies to choose from, however, we felt most comfortable with Larry from Remodel Experts. We where looking to get some of our windows replaced in the immediate future and he gave an impressive presentation. We decided to keep their business card and glad we did. Shortly after attending the Home Show our roof started leaking, we notified our insurance and had to go to a company that dealt with water removal, etc. The company we utilized was able to complete the water removal etc but never completed the repairs. We ended up terminating them and was allowed to go to another contractor, this is where Remodel Experts came to our rescue. They immediately took over the project and made all repairs on time, and professionally. Installation of drywall, texturing, painting, repairs to the roof and reinstalling tile. What a life saver!! Steve (president of the company and Larry, co-owner) oversaw every aspect of the project.
We did order our windows and when they came in, they were able to complete the installation within an entire day. They did a fantastic job and we’re thankful that they led us in the right direction. His crew was extremely polite, efficient and clean-up was immediate.

Today, we had the final touches put on our Walk-In-Shower. Remodel Experts are the best. We highly recommend the new construction that Remodel Experts did on on the Front of our home. They completely remodeled the front of a 1975 home to a Southwest architecture with a bell tower and extended the front to make an encased patio. Everything worked like clockwork with the various professional subcontractors arriving on time. The job was competed in 4-5 weeks. Again, I highly recommend this company, Remodel Experts. They were very professional and did superior work.

Called and attempted to get a consultation/quote for a couple of residential remodel projects I am wanting to complete as well as a $30,000 commercial TI project, after explaining them to Steven, in a monotone response, he simply says" no, we do not do commercial work", and proceeds to simply say we are booked to January. Poor customer service first phone call with the company...on to the next company!

I highly recommend Remodel Experts. They went out of their way to accommodate for my elderly mother while remodeling her bathroom. They delivered exactly as promised at the price quoted. All workers involved were excellent and very professional. We couldn't be more pleased and would definitely use them again in the future.

We called Remodel Experts on recommendation of a friend to replace our windows and exterior doors. We had previously called the major brand replacement window companies who sent sales reps. Remodel Experts sent an expert remodeler who evaluated our needs, developed a plan that was better than the major companies and cost less. My husband and I received excellent customer service throughout our kitchen cabinet remodel project. Larry, Steve, and the rest of the team with Remodel Experts did a fantastic job ordering and replacing 4 of the windows on my home. The entire team is professional and courteous. I had Steve and Larry with Remodel Experts do a complete remodel of my master bath. My home is 50 years old so we decided to start the project literally from the ground up, replacing drain lines, plumbing, and electrical. They even went below grade to create a curbless walk-in shower.

The COVID-19 pandemic hit right as the construction phase was set to begin. I was out of work for over a month and Remodel Experts was willing to slow my project and kick it down the road enough to allow me to keep the project funded while my income stream unexpectedly dried up.

All of the subs were professional and courteous, even wearing masks anytime they were working at my home. The project came together beautifully and I couldn't be happier with the result.

Remodel experts did an excellent job on my tub to shower conversion. We are very pleased with the end result and plan to use them again when we update the master bathroom. I really appreciated how Steve kept me up to date on what would be happening next and when.

I bought all of my kitchen and bathroom cabinets from Remodel Experts. They came to my house and helped me design the layout and made sure I had all the necessary pieces for my order. They showed up on time for our scheduled appointments and were always responsive when I had a question before, during and after my order arrived. I highly recommend.

We selected this company to remodel our aging master bathroom after researching companies in the Phoenix area. The company is operated by two brothers who came to our place to interview us to see what we were seeking in the way of a remodel. They were down to business and accurately recorded the work we wished done. They were helpful in guiding us as to what tile, hardware, cabinetry and granite would interact in the best way with the space available to us, was well as costs and projected completion dates. One of the brothers went with us to help us select wall tile, flooring, cabinetry, and granite counter tops. We picked our own hardware with some advice from them regarding quality plumber graded hardware vs. Big Box brands.

The work started and finished on schedule with a very competent crew and professional sub-contractors for plumbing and glass. We could not
be more pleased.

I've used Remodel Experts for a complete master bath remodel and a complicated move of a washer and dryer room from one side of the house to the other. In both instances, Remodel Experts closely managed the job, communicated with me about contractor schedules and kept me informed. I wish I could give them 6 stars. They are my "go to" contractor. This was a great company to work with. Our project was not a big project and some contractors don't want to deal with small additions. That didn't matter to Remodel Experts.

Larry and Steven did a complete bathroom remodel for us at the end of 2018. We got a bid from three different remodelers with all the bids coming in the same ballpark. Only the Remodel Experts bid included a custom built cabinet while the two others were going to use some prefabricated unit. We decided to go forward with Steven & Larry.

I'm so glad we did. They were extremely communicative throughout the process and worked with us in trying to keep as much of the bathroom usable through the project as possible (we have a bunch of kids that use that one bathroom!). They came completely within the original budget estimate (minus the small changes initiated by us).

There was one tiny caulking issue that they immediately took care of afterwards as part of their excellent warranty coverage. We will absolutely start with them for any future remodeling work we perform.
