Fantastic service. Hardly anyone handles repairs on old asbestos shingle roofs, but Garcia & Sons Roofing Company did. Another company wanted to charge us a huge amount to replace the entire roof just to fix a small leak. Easton came out quickly, took care of the leak for a very fair price (he was able to reach it easily from the edge, so no need to even climb up), and was one of the friendliest professionals I've ever dealt with. bottom line...i highly recommend this roofing team because my experience was great from beginning to end. carter (sales) did a fantastic job helping me work through different roof quote options and checked in with me every week while my insurance claim was being processed. i got estimates from two other roofers in columbus, but honestly neither matched the enthusiasm or price here. the good experience kept going with the roof installation crew, who did an awesome job replacing both roofs and six skylights in just two days. their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, especially when they made sure i approved the final alignment of each skylight. i haven’t found any stray nails from the cleanup crew—maybe there’s one somewhere, but i haven’t seen it. over the two days, i also had several meetings with the owner and local site managers to make sure i was satisfied with both the progress and the finished work.
