I strongly advise against using Garcia's Roofing for any roofing needs or repairs. I initially contacted them to address a leak on the side of my home that was leaking water onto the ceiling. After their inspection in January, they assured me they would resolve the issue. However, the technician's repair work was subpar; he cut a significant amount of siding, leaving the flashing highly visible, and relied heavily on caulking instead of replacing the damaged pieces. The overall appearance was far from professional.
After I re-did the interior drywall and painted, it rained shortly after and resulted in water damage once again! When I got in touch with Garcia's Roofing, they promised another inspection, which took over a month to be scheduled. The inspector cut a hole inside my home to determine the source of the leak and generated a report. I then waited several more weeks for the repair team to arrive. When they finally completed their work, another rainstorm a week later revealed that water was still entering through the same hole that had been cut.
I reached out again, only to be told that another inspector would need to assess the situation. This cycle continued for weeks, with repeated promises of appointments that were never fulfilled. Now, in June, I am still dealing with an open hole in my roof. Each time it rains, I have to place a bowl to collect the water. I sincerely hope this review dissuades others from using Garcia’s Roofing, as my experience has been incredibly frustrating. I've attached photos showing the hole that has persisted for months and the shoddy repair job characterized by excessive caulking and poorly done flashing.
After months of waiting, they finally appear to have resolved the exterior issues. However, I've now been informed that I need to wait an additional two weeks for them to address the large hole in my ceiling that they created. The warranty department, specifically Tania and Andres, has been very unhelpful; they rarely return my calls and often ignore my emails.
At last, it's July and the hole in my ceiling has been repaired. I've lost several days of work trying to manage the situation with this company, navigating their inconsistent communication and missed appointments. I'm relieved to be finished with Garcia's Roofing and I strongly recommend that others look elsewhere for their roofing needs. I certainly will never use their services again.
Needs to be a ZERO rating. This company is a joke…… been dealing with them for 2 months and have already paid half for our roof. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Getting all the excuses and run arounds regarding when we will actually get our new roof. They can’t even get the materials they need.
Every aspect of our experience with Garcia Roofing has been top notch. Everything went like clockwork. I mean everything! Mr. Darrell Walker a Professional Roof Expert was the first person we met when he came to our home soon after my husband called Garcia Roofing. He spent time examining our roof and listening to all of our concerns about our roof and answering all of our questions. At our request he came out a second time and spent more time with us. We were so impressed with Mr. Darrell; and his expertise we decided to have Garcia Roofing install our new roof and so very glad we did! From that day on everything was so organized. Mr. Frank was our contact person with Garcia. He would either call us or text message us with the detailed needed information such as to when the material and dumpster would be delivered, so we could move our vehicles out of the way. Our roofing project was scheduled to be installed on a Monday morning. Brian, one of the project managers came to our home on the Friday before. He came to take photos of the exterior of our home, our flower beds and any other items near our home that would need extra protection with tarps or that would need to be removed so that when the crew came on Monday they would be prepared to move or cover them. Brian was so very personable and knowledgeable about roofing and explained to us all that would take place. Frank called us soon after Brian left on that same day to tell us when to expect the dumpster to be delivered. Manuel delivered the dumpster Sunday evening because he did not trust the traffic on Monday morning as he was driving in from out of town. So, Monday April 14 our beautiful new Owens Corning Driftwood roof was installed. The crew came early and went straight to work covering our plants and shrubs as promised, removing our old roof making needed repairs working diligently all day. Brian was on site all of the day, Abraham and Carlos supervisors were also here as well. My husband and I were very impressed with this crew's workmanship plus a couple of our neighbors also commented on their good work as well. Cleanup was to perfection. Brian came out the day after to take pictures for his final inspection and Mr. Frank called Monday and Tuesday to check on all of the work. Thank You very much to Garcia Roofing and to all involved!
