I hired Todd to gut renovate a bathroom. The entire experience was very frustrating and ultimately ended with me firing him. He swore up and down that it would be finished before the ski season, and I signed an estimate stating it would be finished around 10.31.21.

I paid a 50 percent deposit of $5009.00 for the project. He left me with no bathroom for more than 2 months from September 28th through December 3rd.

I ended up needing to find someone else to finish the bathroom as it was clear he was too busy to complete this job correctly or at all.

He also rarely responds to texts or phone calls, which was very annoying after he took the deposit for the project.

I would avoid working with him all together. He owes me somewhere around $3000.00 from my deposit.

Thank you for a great kitchen and bathroom remodel, we love it ! Highly recommended. I also really appreciate his recommendations for our garage which will be the next big project we tackle .
