I had Gale Building Products install gutters on my house. They were prompt with a visit and quote. Once I accepted the quote, they had me scheduled later that same week. The workers showed up on time, demoed and hauled away the old gutters and had the new ones installed all within a few hours. The gutters look great!

Last year I had a residential landscaping project designed and in construction and needed a gutter and downspout system installed on the main residence that would connect to the site drainage system. I called the Gale project manager Rick Lang to assist me in designing it on site and schedule its subsequent installation. He was very professional (punctual, experienced, reliable in communication, honest and polite) and the Gale installation crew installed the designed system as designed/agreed and in a timely fashion to my satisfaction. He also organized a roofer to integrate some small yet necessary roof elements to make the whole roof drainage system function. The cost was appropriate for the services rendered.

They were very fast to getting out gutters installed. And customer service was amazing. They made sure we were happy with everything before leaving.

I thought they were professional, courteous and timely. They sent out someone to evaluate the project provided pictures and narrative for what they would do. Upon acceptance they promptly scheduled the work, came on time and focused on completing the work at hand. They took time to show me what they did, gave me time to inspect and then did whatever else needed to be done. Cleaned up well and left. Nice experience.

Project manager, Rick Lang responded to my inquiry for a small project to add blown in insulation in my attic. He thought he could fit my project in his busy schedule within two weeks. His crew showed up early in the morning and had the job done within an hour. The crew did a neat job by covering their access route to the attic with plastic sheeting. They also installed a barrier around the attic access in the ceiling so that attic insulation no longer falls down to the floor. Thanks for the great job Rick.

They hung gutters on the new construction. Gutter leaked and it was repaired under warranty. The first installer did a bad cut, but there were bigger problems. I just went up to inspect the work and found an area nearby where 6 foot of gutter was never secured to the facia board. No excuse for that.
2018 update moved from two to three stars: in 2016 they fixed the leak but complained about the employee that installed the gutters. I complained about them to but please don't throw the other guy under the bus without a solution to educate them or fire them. If the a-team shows up you are in good shape but if the second string is doing the work, reschedule.

Horrible experience with painting. Unfortunately we didn't get other estimates because Kim was so confident and friendly, but work done was way overpriced and bad. We. can see where painters didn't feather in paint on spots that were pressure washed. Still finding areas that weren't done well and paint peeling.

I am of the opinion of that if a client wants to spend money you take their money.... cant even get a response back. I lost the quote, contacted the company said I would like to schedule, they said contact the estimator for the quote, sign and return, sent it back to the estimator... no response... silly.. guess they lose my business. Sad....

I thought this would be a good company; they called us quickly at our request, showed on time for the quote and had good prices.
THEN installation day came...
They showed up for the attic insulation installation but they didn't bother to show up for the 7 hour job of insulating the floor and wrapping the pipes until after 3pm (they were supposed to come in the morning)! Seriously, we took a day off work for this!!! The quoted 7 hour insulation took them 2 hours which
A) makes me wonder if they did the full basement &
B) makes me wonder why I had to pay the same amount as was quoted - it should have been less for labor, wouldn't you think?
Now I have to pay an inspector to come out and check the quality/completeness so I can have peace of mind.

We contacted Gale Building Products for an estimate on a gutter project. The estimator gave us the estimate. We confirmed that we would like to have them do the project for us as soon as possible. We were told that gutters would be ordered. That's been over one year ago....
Not impressed!
