Dustin is awesome to work with! He is very professional and can be reached extremely easily - no calling/texting with no response like several companies! He is very down to earth and does not try to oversell you; which I appreciate. He cleaned our gutters and told us with the wind damage to our roof we could probably get a new roof & gutters through our home insurance - an 18 year old roof & gutters about the same age. All we paid was our deductible and the extra to have our downspouts replaced at the same time - insurance covered the rest. We were so happy with the roof and gutter replacement, we hired Dustin to add leaf guards to our gutters the next week. Dustin also recommended a handyman, Doug, that can do all kinds of home repairs. He will doing some work for us soon.

I was pleasantly surprised when a human actually answered the phone, she was polite and professional.  She took down my information and said a tech will be calling me back to schedule a date and time.  Dustin called me back within an hour and he was at my front door within 2 hours.  He did a thorough inspection with pictures and reviewed all options.

I've been around a block or two with several roofing companies. In the past 5 years the wind blew off a few shingles and Dustin Norman was the only one willing to provide the minor repair of tacking a few shingles without trying to get me to file an insurance claim. First impressions goes a long way and I was impressed our first meet when he drove up in his ladder loaded down Ford Ranger with an itch or two of dirt. He is knowledgeable of all roofing needs and willing to do simple to complex roof repairs. His estimates are fair and within the market. This past week I hired him for a third time and it was a charm. This time he did a complete roof replacement. He was at my house from start to finish and provided drone photos and videos of the whole process.

Dustin provided a very competitive price to clean out my gutters and install gutter guards on a portion of my house. He installed a mid priced solution, he told me to contact him after the first hard rain to let him know if they worked properly. Due to the steep slope of my roof water ran over the gutters when it rained hard. He came back out and replaced the gutter guards with an upgraded version for FREE! Great service and follow up!

Dustin came to my house to help me with an insurance claim that I was denied. He got me a second opinion and fought with them, got them to grant me a new roof- even got my gutters replaced! Only thing I paid was my deductible. He was truly amazing and I recommend everyone to call him for help with their roof! Good human, amazing work!

I am very pleased with the roof repairs Dustin completed. He was very responsive from the beginning and was able to inspect my roof within a day. He was back before the end of the week to complete the repair I new I needed along with another rather big issue he found upon inspection. The secondary issue could have been a huge mess at any time. The pictures he took shocked me! I don’t get on the roof and must rely on the individual inspecting to be honest. I’m so thankful I came across this business! Now I feel like I do have a reliable and trustworthy roofing business for myself and to share with friends and family. Turns out the company that replaced my roof about 10 years ago didn’t even do the full replacement that was paid for. They appear to be out of business or they changed names/contact info to keep ripping people off! I found that out the hard way with the roof leaks and subsequent inability to locate them so they could repair under my “warranty.” Ultimately it’s better that I found Ga Professional Roofer and Dustin took great care of us. He took plenty of pictures so I could see all aspects of the initial issues that needed repair, steps of restoration and final repair. Wonderful experience with Dustin, who is a fabulous communicator! Very quick turnaround and on time help when we needed roof repair. Handled and replaced our missing shingles and also discovered other defects with the roof which he took care of quickly and professionally. Dustin and his crew reroofed my house in Woodstock and did a great job! They were way cheaper than the quotes from the big box stores and the other big roofing companies. We’ve had several heavy monsoons come since he put the roof on and no more leaks! It was a great experience communicating directly with the actual guys that were doing the work instead of dealing with a salesman that was just going to subcontract the work out to another random crew. Highly recommend!
