I was so fortunate to find G & A General Contractors after another contractor I had fell through. Geraldo Gonzalez and his team stepped in quickly and did an excellent job--far exceeding what I had originally envisioned. He thought of cost-saving measures and innovative ideas to renovate a condo for resale that stayed within my budget. Geraldo was also a skilled diplomat, dealing with a difficult management for building access and a master of logistics working with great efficiency. He also encountered some unexpected difficulties, such as the bathroom mirror being solidly glued to the drywall. Instead of adding financial obligation to me for this increased labor cost, his team just took care of it. The results were stunning - making the property very attractive, selling after very few days on the market. Dealing with Geraldo was a pleasure. I highly recommend G & A Contractors for any job you need done. You won't be disappointed.

G&A Contractors are an amazingly talented team!! I had them working on two properties that are adjacent to one another. They are creative and dedicated to completing projects on time. They kept me very involved with the entire process and were open to any details that may delay completion. They worked very well with structure of my homes given that they’re very much older models. They managed to turn the basement of one home into a livable area while keeping part of the original basement for a storage area complete with HVAC work and new recessed lighting and even crafted a closet for my sump pump. In the other home, they transformed a lower level kitchen area into a coffee bar and crafted a closet for the electrical panel in a lower level bedroom. They

really turned these two homes around inside and out. Brian Morales was a great PM and was a great communicator throughout the entire process. Their prices were reasonable compared to a few other companies I reached out to. Every time I walk through these homes, I’m just in awe of the level of work performed. I definitely recommend this company for any size construction and/or improvement projects that you’ll be planning.

G&A is awesome! My A/C was down and the house was hot. One call to Geraldo, and Ricardo came out the same day. He diagnosed the problem (a 30 year old unit), ordered a new energy-efficient A/C and gas heating system, and had it installed the very next day! I got a good deal and the problem was solved in less than 48 hours from my first call. The installation was quick, clean, and very professional and he even fixed a problem with my other unit at no additional charge. Highly recommend!

Thank you G&A for our new hot water heater. The experience was quick and easy and with the recommendation for upgrading the tank size to match our tub size we now can enjoy a bath that is completely full of hot water! The crew was very respectful of our home and the work area spotless when they left. I would recommend G&A to any of my friends and family for their home improvement needs.

They did an excellant job replacing lights in hall way with new LED lights and added several new outlets to a couple of rooms where i had situational issues with lights. They also fixed my outside GFI's and were very professional, courteous and kept work site extremely clean. Would recommend them as well on price--very competitive.

We had a challenging renovation involving our floating third floor walkout balcony. It needed a complete overhaul. In addition, we wanted it to match the aesthetics of two other decks which are also located on the rear of the riverfront home. The team of Geraldo, Christian and Lee were nothing short of amazing. There was constant communication and full disclosure of scope of work. They really went above and beyond to renovate our balcony so that it was not only rock solid but also beautifully finished. The transformation was astounding. Now we can enjoy our beautiful vistas knowing that our feet are on solid "ground!" We feel so confident in their professionalism that we are now using then for an extensive kitchen renovation. I highly recommend this company for your next project.

My father needed handrails installed and a front walkway redone due to his limited mobility. G & A Contractors were able to complete the job in less than a week and at a great price. Lee kept us informed through the whole process and I would highly recommend their services.

They did high-quality work, at a fair price, and very quickly. They replaced our almost 6000 sq ft roof in just 2 days. Geraldo Gonzalez came to the rescue of our church when we required emergency repairs in the summer of 2022. We then turned to him in the spring of 2023 to replace the entire asphalt roof, and we are very pleased with the result. Mr. Gonzalez was a dream to work with—he is patient, attentive, professional, experienced, and a joy to be around. His crew was equally professional and diligent. And our new roof looks fantastic. Five stars earned!
