Owner said multiple times that he would be at my residence to look at the job and never showed up, “ I got you bro, I will be there personally tomorrow morning before the rain comes”, 6 days later and you still never showed up or called. I never used your company because I never got you to keep your word. When someone says they will show up, especially a business owner, I expect them to show up…i know, odd concept, right?? Will gladly pay someone more money to do the job.

I guess I was texting someone else responding to your voicemail that you would be at my residence first thing Thursday morning because you never showed up Wednesday (apparently it was your birthday). Quit lying, its not a good look.

It's been a few months since my roof was done. This was one of the best companies I have ever seen in and around Alburg, VT. All the quality of the work and customer service were great, from giving job references and examples comparable to my house to answering all questions. They kept their reasonable offer, and the workers were quick and courteous. Just a good company with honest and hardworking people. Hopefully, they will continue to serve for years to come. I would use them again, but there's no need with a 50 year warranty and the quality of their work. That's unheard of here in Burlington and surrounding areas, I've been a homeowner for over 40 years, love Good2Pro Roofing, the best roofers in the state of Vermont.

We were in need of a new roof desperately, as the current roof was installed wrong and we were losing shingles during every storm. We also had a leak around our our chimney since moving in. We paid thousands to have shingles replaced and to have the chimney leak repaired by “myself highly rated” companies. They all failed. Decided to replace the roof, and Alan not only found and repaired the problems, he fixed the leak and had the roof installed quickly and efficiently. Area was cleaner than when they started. We had several estimates, and Alan had an honest price right up front. A couple of contractors said they could match any price, why not provide that price up front? One contractor even suggested removing the chimney to correct the leak, wow. Fair, honest, professional with a great personality and very responsive. Highly recommended.

You will find cheaper roofing companies in Vermont, there are a lot of those specially in Burlington.., but the cost of good 2 pro was far below the higher deals that we got and the service was first class, highly recommended roofers, I’m really impressed.

Last summer I discovered that the heavy quantities of snow and ice had seriously damaged our roof. I started to call roofing all around Vermont, companies with the highest scores and reading all on their various websites. They came to give me a en estimate, and Good 2 Pro roofing had one of the most reasonable quotations out of about 16 companies which gave me a new roof estimate. Alan was kind and professional, the job was completed on time and with no problems. Thank you for a great new roof we now enjoy looking at, the best roofing construction experience we ever had.
