This business and owner is after your insurance money. Be really careful before you sign the contract with them. Put everything on the contract before signing it. He orally promise everything you ask for until you sign that contract. Once you sign, the real color of the owner will show up.

He lied , screwed the entire project with third party unskilled labor on the roof. Forget about his warranty since he do not pick up the calls or respond to the text messages. I recommend to avoid this company. I would rate them with zero stars if there is an option.

Derek was great to work with. Future roof and restoration helped me through the claims process, get my new roof approved and then installed a new roof on time. Very professional.

I normally don’t write reviews but I am so pleased with future roof and restoration. They did a great job on my home in Duluth. Every single employee was extremely professional and attentive. I’ve had family members who have had their roofs installed with other companies and were not as happy. Future roof and restorations efficiency and the quality of work is next level. They finished everything and made sure it went through the quality check process. When you have great customer service + quality of work, you really can’t beat that. Highly recommend! I would give them way more than 5 stars if I could. My grandmother has had a bad leak going on in the house for a while. We'd been using a bucket to catch the water, but we decided to get it fixed. Derek was extremely helpful. He helped walk me and my grandmother though the insurance claim process, and we did not struggle at all. He made everything easy for us, and the company worked quickly. They were done very soon, and they were super friendly and accommodating while they did it. My grandmother loves the roof and color. No more leaks!!

Great team, Derek walked me through the entire process from beginning to end and I am now safe and dry again.

This is our experience with this company, nothing but nightmare. On their website, they say 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. Absolutely a lie.

They replaced our hail damaged roof 2 years ago. Once the work was done, we paid whatever amount they said we should pay and got their warranty paper (5-7 years workmanship).

Shortly after, there was a roof ridge leak or condensation water from an exhaust disconnected by them. We don’t know the real cause. They came and repaired in 5 mins.

Then we saw they didn’t install drip edge behind the gutter per the building code. They went back to insurance company asking for more money. Insurance rejected. From their calculation, the owner (Alex) said we owed them money. We refused to pay because the warranty paper clearly said we had complied with the contract/payment. They refused to install.

Fast forward to today. The previously repaired roof ridge started to leak/exhaust pipe disconnected again. We noticed some water on the attic floor and the plywood above. We called them. After several calls, they finally sent someone to look at the issues - there are several others in addition to this one. It also leaked around the edge. The person checked, took some pictures but didn’t do anything and left.

We then called them/owner many more times for the repair. He promised to come, but no one showed up. He said these issues were due to the heavy storm last week (btw wind speed never exceeded 30m/h) and not covered by their warranty. Our old roof never had any issues during the 15 years we live here. What kind of warranty is that?

We hired someone else to fix their lousy workmanship and will take them to court, not just for the money.

Future Roof & Restoration did a great job with our roof replacement! They met with us ahead of time and explained everything, giving us some good choices for new shingles and explaining all the things that they did to provide a long-lasting, durable roof that provides good protection for our home from the weather. Once the insurance money was in place and everything was ready to go, they did the replacement in one day and then came back and did quality control and touch-ups the next day. I recommend this company to all of my friends. Derek was very helpful with walking me and my family through what we had to do. He also dealt with the insurance company, so I did not have to struggle with that. The company was always on time for our meetings. The best thing is that they came to me, worked around my schedule pretty well, and they did a fantastic job replacing my roof. I cannot thank them enough.

I found Future Roof & Water Restoration based on Google maps, as it was closer to my property and it seemed to have genuine positive reviews. I was lucky … Talking to many different other contractors, the owner Debbie was the one giving me the best confidence on the phone to find a solution for my difficult situation. Beside projects she typically handles with insurance companies, she was experienced with cash payers and thus willing to help me out with a fair pricing. Her team, under the lead of Tomas, did a great job and was willing to keep close communication with me via video calls, as I was not able to be on site at that time.

We had roof damage from a storm last fall and Future Roof & Restoration came to our home and did a through inspection, worked with our insurance company and replaced our entire roof and even went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we where satisfied with there work. Even after the roof was repaired they continued to reach out to us to ensure that every detail has handled in a very professional manor. We highly recommend Future Roof and Restoration to anyone who is looking for someone they can trust and work with who will exceed your expectations.

Great company. Had hail damage to my roof and they came out and got me a brand new one. They worked with my insurance company and got it replaced and all I had to pay was my $500 deductible.

They claim to do repair and restoration of all storm damage along with the roof. These people are not reliable and do not inspect their work. They send contractors and never follow up to make sure the work is complete. My roof was never inspected by them and flaws have already been brought to my attention. I wish you could see the sheds that they constructed for me. My contract was signed in December and the work is still unfinished as of today Sept. 2018. This website is does not represent who they really are.

Future was so easy to work with. Derek and James were friendly and knowledgeable. They guided me through the insurance claim with no problems. Now I have a beautiful new roof. Recommended!

A few years ago a huge palm tree fell on our house, went through the attic, and into our garage and kitchen. The damage was big requiring a new roof, new gutters, and work on skylights. I first heard of Future Remodeling through a family friend. I decided to give them a call. They placed a tarp over our house preventing further damage. Repair work was done neatly and skillfully. Since that time our roofing has been really sturdy and leak proof. I recommend and refer their services to all of my family and friends.
