Sam and his crew don’t disappoint. Sam was nothing short of professional from the moment he was on my doorstep. He walked me through the process from start to finish. He made himself available when my adjuster rescheduled a few times (not the adjuster’s fault, we had a string of inclement weather). He dropped off shingle samples and gave his recommendations. His guys work HARD. The they were getting to the house at 6 am and weren’t done for the day until 9 at night. Make Full Guard your first and last choice for roofing and gutters.

You won’t go wrong with these guys! Caitlin handled the phone call and was not just professional but personable as well. Sam came out and did a thorough inspection as well with pictures and video to show what was wrong. I highly recommend them they communicate well and care about the jobs.

Absolutely awesome company!!! Owner Sam went above and beyond to help us get our roof that the insurance only wanted to repair but he knew needed a complete replacement took about 4 to 5 months to fight the insurance company and Sam checked in periodically with us and he just went above and beyond . Work completed was outstanding!!!

A storm put a large branch through my roof and tore up shingles on a roof barely 4 years old. Full Guard Roofing gave me a fair bid, did the work they said they would do, kept me updated and informed during the work. They immediately put a weather-proof patch on over the hole until insurance could approved the repair. Then they cleaned out my gutters and replaced a destroyed gutter, repaired all of the roof that needed it, sent me pictures before and after (the home is over 100 years old, 2 story - no way was I climbing up there!). I highly recommend this company .

We had a fireplace chimney leaking problem. Sam came to the house and made recommendations for repair. He found another issue and discussed it with us. This company was great to deal with. They came in and fixed another contractor’s work. Quick turnaround on coming out for the estimate and doing the work. Great communication on the process and times employees would be out to complete the work.

Over the top and spot on. Full guard treated me like any other customer considering how small my task was. Lot of companies act like they’re doing you a favor. Not Full Guard. I needed a new chimney cap custom made and installed. The turnaround for the fabrication was fast. Would definitely use them again.

Great experience. Sam was terrific - the soffit repari was at the top corner under our roof - it was very hard to reach; Sam as to use a 40 foot ladder! He had all the tools, etc. necessary to secure the ladder on very unstable ground, and climbed all the way to the roof to put our soffit piece back on. He even nailed it in for good measure (it wasn't nailed in before). He also offered to clean off the part of our siding where the ladder was leaning! Great experience! Thanks!

Called and the owner, Mr. Melay, answered the phone, who then sent us a repair person the same day. It turned out we needed a minor roof to brick wall flashing adjustment. Later, we were emailed several photos of our roof, to keep for our files. This was a good experience, we will use this company in the future, if there is a need. I recently purchased a house and contacted Sam, the owner of Full Guard Roofing, for an inspection on a couple roofing issues I noticed while cleaning my gutters.

Sam was very responsive to communications and stuck to his word on the timeframe we set for him to come out. I consider this to be a HUGE positive in today's world. Sam was very thorough in explaining what to look for in properly installed gutters as well as vent pipes and the drip edge I initially was concerned about. He also took the time to take a look for any other roofing issues that may creep up in the future.
