A tree fell on our house this year and after dealing with 4 different claims adjusters I am so glad that Russ with full circle came into our life. He was able to assess the damage properly and helped me to communicate with the insurance company to make sure that it was like kind. I ended up getting what i needed to repair my home. Carlos Perozo and his brother provided excellent repair service to our 'not at fault' water damage. They were responsive and timely. Provided full disclosure repairs, estimates, timetable. Arranged to meet our business work hours and busy schedule without interruption to our business. Highly, highly recommend this company.

These people have no communication skills they don't understand English they threw away brand new tools in box, hvac WiFi tstats brand new in box $350 each x5 2 full drums of R22 Freon still had plastic seal on valve $800 wholesale of course it's illegal to dump refrigerant and the manager first response was there not hvac pros. A person with any since would at least ask the owner if it's suppose to be thrown away. The managers second response was you signed the disposal authorization form after that I knew I made a big mistake hiring them for my fire restoration. There's more but I think you get my point.

He's always got an answer, no matter how difficult tthetask ahead and his craftsmanship stands out above the rest. I never had a single compliment on my cabinets until they were removed and replaced with the hand crafted cabinets built by this young man. Now I recommend FCR to everyone I know.

Our washing machine malfunctioned, and overflowed with water for 7-8 hours before being discovered. Full Circle was recommended by a friend, and they came out promptly, assessed the water damage, and started to work. They saved our hardwoods, removed water from walls (including removing a large wall unit of shelves), floors, ducts, carpets, stored mattresses, and finished the work by putting everything back as it was. The process took about 3 weeks, and was so well done. They were professional and punctual. Highly recommended.

I do not know where to start, a large tree fell on the house and major reconstruction was done, shame on us for not paying closer attention to detail and workmanship, the brick rebuild in the front of my house is so poor that gaps were left and concrete splattered everywhere, the roof was replaced and now it has leaks and I discovered rotten wood which never got replaced... I can go on and on, I would NEVER use or recommend this outfit.

At 9:15 PM on 2/16/2015 I had a large tree fall through my roof into the master bedroom and bath during the ice storm. Fortunately I am a retired claims adjuster and knew who to call. I called Full Circle Restoration and was not disappointed. They where there that night to tarp the roof during the rain. The needed repairs where extensive. They where able to work with the adjuster to prepare a reasonable estimate while doing the drying to prevent mold & temporary repairs. The full repairs where completed on time with a high quality. They where great to work with and their project Forman and subcontractors where all very professional.
