Have a recent built house in Artesia, came home after being out for a week, whole house is full with piles of dirt. Local french brothers staff says it’s normal. Windows or ductwork are not sealed correctly. Have tried reaching out on French brothers app, instead of looking into the problem they avoid it. Family has been coughing since we got back. We understand some dirt will get in the house, this has been an ongoing issue even before the recent dust storms. Pictures below, have more if needed, hopefully this rating will finally be seeing by someone that makes decisions, because the surveys we submit are obviously being overlooked unless it’s all 5 star review.
