One year ago, I bought a home in Tuscaloosa with a flat roof. Freeman's did the work 15 years prior when the previous owners updated the home. At the beginning of 2020 we had nearly 40 days and 40 nights of rain (and that was before the pandemic!) and ONLY ONE SMALL interior area showed signs of a leak. When I called, the nicest lady answered the phone, took all my information and then needed to speak with whomever would be doing the work. The same day she called me back, again with the best most cheerful disposition (so now you know that's her norm) and scheduled the work. The men who came were so genuinely concerned to find the issue and they did. While doing the roof repair, they went ahead and checked all my gutters and downspouts too.The price was very reasonable but the experience was outstanding. I am so impressed with their work ethics across the board. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

I had a few things done by those guys and was very satisfied. Even when i came with a special request of my wife they had the solution for it. The new stainless steel refrigerator wouldn't hold any magnets but she was not willing to let them go so I went to Mr Freeman Jr. and asked him for a map of U.S. cut out of a sheet of galvanized metal- no problem, he said and cut it out with the water jet. And the price was OK too.
